A: it sounds like they're saying COMBINK IT - AND SINK IT
so yes.. like... "bottoms up". They probably made up the word.
like a "toast" (what you say before you drink). or like... "CHEERS"

side note / maybe related: sometimes when drinking - saying "cheers" or "bottoms up" people say "'clink!" (making the noise that the glasses make when they touch).

so maybe it's based on this.

3) If it is all capital letters (DINK), it stands for Double Income, No Kids, referring to a couple (husband & wife) who both word full time and have no children.
