Those that have been suffering for over 4 centuries. Conceived in an ''eugenic-religious-imperialist'' concept, racism was embodied into slavery, which befell Africa for ages. Back in the 15th century, European navigators saw in black skin and facial traits an excuse to enslave several African tribes.
Excluding those following historical moments which it's relatable slavery because of ethnic: Slavery of red-haired people in Ancient Rome; religious persecution against Arabs during Inquisition. The Atlantic slave trade is an exclusive event in history. The culture clash between Africans and Europeans played a major role in supporting black people inferiority. Furthermore, those civilizations were said to be less technologic, and then less evolved. In addition to that, their cultures were demonized and their people were described to be soulless non-human creatures.
Those African communities faced exploitation, violence and rape for over 400 years. Presently, we can observe racial gap as an ultimate result. Especially in Brazil, which didn't offer any support nor reparation to its black community after the Golden Law (March 13, 1888). During slavery, the Brazilian black community didn't have any social mobility, which led to an income gap between the black and the white. There are two solutions that can be done such as representation and historical reparation.
The black movements shall continue their following strategies: Black History teaching included in the schools' curriculum, racial quotas, anti-racism education, criminalize racism, immigration policies for the African population. It may be a shortcut, but to change culture we must change the racial stereotypes. Regarding human average behavior, our species analyzes a so-called stranger based on its appearance. So on, we must normalize the black people role in all society places. The black people shall have the same white people's status as a strong majority.
White people always had dominant power over everything. They could rule each part of land on this planet. Nevertheless, it will not prevail. Black people will have everything that once was stolen from them.
As mankind develops, racism digs his own grave.
