‘Whit’ means a small amount or part of something. For example:

“The book was so boring that I couldn’t care a whit about remembering the storyline.”
(If I would replace the word ‘whit’ here, it could look like: “The book was so boring that I couldn’t care even the smallest bit about remembering the storyline.”)

“His hug didn’t seem any whit less soft and gentle as it always had been.”
(Once again, if we remove ‘whit’ it could sound like: “His hug didn’t seem any bit less soft and gentle as it had been.”)

B) I can go without you.
(Good sentence)




*"with no" has the same meaning as "without".
The difference is "with no" cannot always replace "without" in the same sentence. Example:

A) I can go without you. (Good sentence)

B) I can go with no you. (Bad sentence)

There are exceptions, but that takes practice! Example:

A) I want this without sauce. (Good sentence)
B)I want this with no sauce. (Good sentece)
