5 Ab Exercises You Need To Be Doing!
Here are 5 AB EXERCISES you need to be doing! The first exercise is by far one of my favorites. I love using the Swiss ball and trying to keep it from falling. There’s just so much concentration and abdominal recruitment required for this one. I love it! You could hit each of these exercises for 40 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest, and repeat for 2 to 3 rounds for a great ab session. Try a similar follow along workout below!
