Definitely good for when feeling tight or stiff in the morning, as well as after sitting down for long periods of time. Really useful for loosening up the spine while building up the lower and upper back muscles. Add these to your warm up routine or to cool down after your workout for a good stretch and recovery.

I had spinal surgery in 2021, I promised to share the journey back to strength. Today, I’m bringing you a glimpse into one of the weightless back workouts that’s been a cornerstone in my recovery. 🚫🏋️‍♂️

Rebuilding strength without strain is possible, and I’m living proof. Alongside these exercises, I’ve also adapted workouts for those days when getting up isn’t an option - think chair workouts that are gentle yet effective for anyone with back issues.
