Electric Plant Based Recipes 💚 on Instagram: "My Daily Fuel ⚡️  Iron Tea ☕️   Ingredients:  🌱1 Tbsp Yellow Dock Root  🌱1 Tbsp Dandelion Root 🌱1 Tbsp Burdock Root  🌱2 Tbsp Nettle Leaf  💦1 Liter / 35 Oz Spring Water   Add all ingredients to a large pot - I like to use stainless steel or cast iron pot - try to avoid non stick pans due to the toxicity.  Add spring water and bring it to boil, cover the pot and lower the heat to minimum. Simmer for 20 minutes , strain.  I have the tea 1x a day . If you suffer with low energy and low iron levels you may need 2 cups a day .  You don’t need to dispose the cooked herbs straight away- you can easily re cook it 1-2 times by adding spring water to it and cook it .
