(Delhi famous street food recipe)

This Matar Chaat Recipe is a very famous street food from Delhi. It is a semi gravy dish. This can be served along with Kulcha or can be eaten as it is. This is super easy to make, Spicy & Tangy Chaat recipe.

Ingredients 
2 cups Dried Peas / Vatana
1 cup onion- chopped
1 cup tomato- chopped 
1 cup potato- boiled & chopped 
1 Green Chilli- chopped 
1 tbsp Ginger- grated 
1/4 cup coriander leaves - chopped
Salt as per taste 
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
1 tbsp coriander chutney 

Instructions -
1. Firstly, soak the dried peas for at least 5 to 6 hours or overnight and keep it aside.
