🧩 I call this a CLASS PUZZLE, but you can call it whatever you want! It’s very similar to hangman, but doesn’t sound so violent 🤪

1️⃣Pick a class goal- be specific on what behaviors you want them to show! Also, choose the reward that they will earn once they have shown progress towards that goal- this can be as simple or crazy as you want! As long as your students are motivated by it, go for it! 

2️⃣Pick a phrase for them to complete. I like telling my students what it’s going to say so that they focus more on completing the puzzle, rather than trying to guess what it’s going to say!

My students are a bunch of chatterboxes right now and I honestly get it. Summer is around the corner, we’re in the midst of testing season, and we’re ALL getting restless.   However, we still have three weeks of school left and I’ve had to get creative to channel the chatter and foster focus in my classroom.
