Step one place a plate under the shirt Step two take the white fabric paint and paint with the paintbrush the shape of the plate let dry for 15 mins and go over it two more times Step three outline the circle with the black fabric paint and then right thing 1and thing 2 with black fabric paint and let dry for 48 hours Do not wash for 72 hours
