Wash and dry apple. Slice them into slices, removing core and seeds. Place the apple slices on a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Flip and bake for another hour. Allow to cool in the oven.
