Sophie-Anne | PT & Online Coach on Instagram: "STILL GOT IT BABYYYYY  Honestly so happy that after having like a month and a half off of any routine stretching, I don’t have to start back at square one  The closed front splits are something that I’ve somewhat given up on but still try to stretch those muscles out to be able to square my hips more.  Still working on the box splits which have taken a lot more time than the front splits.
