I get mine from the Korean market but they are also available on Amazon and major grocery stores 💙 Soak them in a plate of water colored with gel color (I use @americolor sky blue) for about 3-5 mins until completely pliable. Set them out on wrinkled parchment paper to dry for 24-48 hours. I wrap them around a toothpick while wet so I can easily stick them in my cake. Once dry, fry them in hot vegetable oil and voila! 🌊 Will you try this?!
