Taping any swollen areas with this technique can help lift the fascia and encourages blood flow, which helps bring that swelling down. I like to wrap the tape under the arch of the foot to offer some extra support.

Your feet flatten during pregnancy due to the extra relaxin in your body, so support them properly with supportive shoes and add some tape for extra relief!
