2003 Dünya Ralli Şampiyonası FIA Dünya Ralli Şampiyonası'nın 31.sezonudur. Sezon 23 Ocak Monte Carlo'da başlayıp, 6 Kasım'da Birleşik Krallık rallisi ile sona ermiştir. Petter Solberg Dünya Sürücüler Şampiyonluğunu kazanırken, Citroën Dünya Markalar Şampiyonasını kazanmıştır.
