A burnt-out 20-something Maki is just about to drop out of med school when an intriguing offer comes out of the blue: the director of UTX High wants to hire a coach for the school’s idol club, and who better for the job than a former member of µ’s? After floundering in college for so long, suddenly being thrust back into the world of school idols also sends Maki down a desperate quest to reunite with her fellow former µ’s members, chief among them Rin and Hanayo, with whom she has regrettably fallen out of contact with due to the stresses of her post-high school life. After the years that have separated them, can Maki rekindle their friendship? Or has too much changed since graduation?
