Tropes loves a good rainstorm, and this event by the lovely @jolapeno is too good to resist!

Rules (slightly amended with the creator’s blessing):

I’ll write for anyone in my current character list, and I’ll consider others (but realize I am woefully behind the zeitgeist and may have no idea who you are asking for).
It must include rain in some capacity (that’s kinda my problem to solve though).
The challenge is open from 1st April to 30th April (but you know I’ll probably post some late).
If a prompt is crossed out, someone has already requested it.
