A: Haha I love these sentences because both of them have a slight different nuance. "Just made" is emphasizing the making or the action is more wanted, while "just one" means you don't have to make gazillions of corrections to win my approval; it will still be deferential for me even if you make JUST one correction. In other words, first one says I don't care how many; you must MAKE them. Meanwhile, the second says JUST make one correction and you will be revered.

A: A correction is when you're changing something that was wrong/incorrect beforehand. While a modification is changing something that wasn't necessarily incorrect or wrong, but had room for improvement or could be changed in some way.
For Correction Examples:
