A: They have the same meaning, but I think most people would think think "quite sure" is stronger than "pretty sure." A person who is "pretty sure" still has doubts, while a person who is "quite sure" may not.

A: Sure is more American and especially we use this when someone offers food/drink to us. But I think “of course” would more British/Irish. However at the end of the day, they basically have the same meaning.
