Refunds for unwanted items

Compliant with UK & EU law, we offer a 14 day cooling off period for items bought online. Please inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you require a refund via email at hello@twentypro.co.uk quoting your order number. Contact requesting refunds after the 14 day cooling off period will be subject to individual review.

Please return the item(s) in their original packaging where possible to the address below:

We do not offer free returns at this time.
Once items have been received, we will issue your refund. Please note, funds may take 5 working days to appear in your account. 
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If any item received is deemed unwanted, please contact us to arrange a return as per the steps outlined above. Please place a new order for the preferred item where delivery fees will apply.

Damaged in Transit 
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is damaged and deemed unusable, please contact us at hello@twentypro.co.uk

Wrong Item Received
If you have mistakenly received a wrong item, please inform us immediately at hello@twentypro.co.uk so we can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

Wrong Item Ordered
We begin preparing your order immediately after receiving it so please check your order thoroughly before check out. If you do realise that you have ordered incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@twentypro.co.uk with your order number. If your order has not been despatched, we will do our best to amend it as requested. However, this is not always possible due to our prompt order despatch system.

Undelivered Items
If your goods have not reached you within the stated times on our dedicated delivery page, please contact us as soon as possible so we can speak to our carriers and investigate further.
