Control systems are an integral and most vulnerable part of critical infrastructure facilities. This determines the importance of ensuring they are protected from destructive cyber actions. Destructive cyber actions in it is accompanied, as a rule, by chain effects and synergistic effects that systematically influence and cover all other spheres of the life of society and the state, both in ordinary and, especially, in critical conditions. The authors systematically and comprehensively analyzed and presented in the article the results of investigations of the features of destructive cyber actions in the critical infrastructure of state, counteracting them and protecting from them.

It provoked the search of new methods of prevention, detection and therapy of posttraumatic stress disorder. In this paper, during the e-learning process with the specially designed indicators system, we prevent, detect and treat disorder on subconscious level. We will discuss the possibilities of implementation and use of e-learning courses from different disciplines and use of indicator system, application of e-learning course for sociological researches.

It is proved that destructive informational effects in modern conditions are an integral part in the formation of crisis situation syndromes and posttraumatic stress disorder. In the course of research, the possibility of using the system of biological markers for timely detection and effective treatment of stress-associated and informational disorders was established (before other clinical symptoms or their reaching diagnostic threshold). It also allows timely assessment of the subjective adaptation threshold of people at risk, to identify and reduce the negative effects of stress-related disorders. The use of the biomarkers was also researched for the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, prevention of stress-related disorders among participants of crisis situations.

Therefore, energy infrastructure has become a critical component of the hybrid war. Destructive cyber bullying in it is accompanied, as a rule, by chain effects and synergistic effects that systematically influence and cover all other spheres of the life of society and the state, both in ordinary and, especially, in critical conditions. The authors systematically and comprehensively analyzed and present in this article the results of investigations of the features of destructive cyber defects in the national energy sector of Ukraine and the ways of counteracting and protecting critical energy infrastructure.

The number of incidents in cyber space is constantly growing, but methods of its realisation are evolving. One of the most dangerous consequences of cyber-attacks is a planned or spontaneous chain effect that is accompanied by destructive results. Ukraine is used as a contemporary example of this type of attack and subversion. This is later put into context with trends and events on a wider international level that imply legal regulation conflicts with political and operational expediency in managing the problem of cyber-attacks.
