subject and to recommend strategies for the students to effectively learn the subject. To achieve the objectives,
the doctrinal methodology is used by adopting library-based research. In addition, this study is largely based on
the writer’s experience of teaching law to students with a non-law background in accounting school, UiTM
Perak Branch, Tapah Campus. The writers analyzed the challenges and problems arising from teaching law to
non-law students also explored effective solutions and strategies to deal with the issues. It is hoped that the
recommendations proposed will have an impact on improving the teaching and learning strategies for future
non-law students.
