What is about the weekends that feels hard to you? You crush it all week long! Feeling so proud of yourself. And then the weekend comes and things get real out of hand real quick. Friday comes along….1 drink turns into 10. 1 slice of pizza turns into 5. Or if you’re me…it’s a whole pan of brownies, enough cookie dough to make a person sick, or a whole box of cereal. At that point you just say screw it & eat whatever you want the rest of the weekend because you’ve already messed up, right? Yo
My best advice? Lose the diet mentality, quit the cheat days, & find BALANCE. Think of it like this: If you overindulge every weekend, you’re most likely under-eating Mon-Thurs to make up for it. Then, because you’ve been super strict all week & white knuckled it to through the hunger pains, you overeat Fri-Sun. And the worst part...you’re making zero progress, which is a horribly frustrating cycle to be in. Starting to see how this approach hinders rather than helps you? When you stop re
