Pick a challenging dumbbell, for example one with which you can do 8-12 reps of presses (may be 1 or 2 after that but no more than that) and get this done. Perform this is a circuit. 8-12 reps x 4 rounds 1. Sumo dumbbell squat swings 2. Hollow body chest presses 3. RDL to goblet clean squat 4. Alt leg reverse lunge with press 5. Lateral lunges 6. Plank with opposing arm / leg raise (to modify perform bird dog exercise)
