1️⃣ cable lunge to hip hinge x db lunge to hip hinge
dumbbells are a perfect substitution for cables since it requires stability and core engagement

2️⃣ cable sumo squat x db sumo squat
hold for 2 seconds at the bottom to engage more muscle fibres in the glutes

3️⃣ abduction machine x banded abductors
using a glute band is KEY here to put extra tension on the glutes!

4️⃣ leg extension x banded front squat
hold for 2-3 seconds to fire up the quads 🔥
