1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Balsamic Strawberries:

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced, for garnish

For the Garlic Bread:

1 sourdough loaf, cut in half
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt

In a small skillet, add feta cheese, followed by a spoonful of basil pesto.
Allow the feta cheese to sizzle and sauté over a medium heat for a couple of minutes so the cheese can melt some. Gently crack the egg in the center of the pan. Season the egg with salt, pepper, and granulated black garlic, and allow it to cook to your liking (whether that's medium or with a runny yolk).
Toast a slice of your favorite bread, top it with sliced avocado, then cooked egg and feta, garnish with fresh dill.
