This easy homeopathic remedy saved the day last year! Colds, flu-like symptoms or a sore throat! 

Ingredients: 
1 cup fresh garlic 
1 cup raw honey

Method:
Mix and store in your pantry.
Burp daily for the first two weeks. The ideal time to start enjoying your fermented garlic honey is once the primary fermentation has finished. At this point, the mixture will be less foamy, the honey will have thinned and darkened, and it will have settled at the bottom of the jar. This typically occurs within 4 to 6 weeks.

I take a tablespoon as soon as I feel any kind of symptoms, same for my kiddos! You can eat the garlic or just the honey.
