I’ve made oatmeal for years but lately have been adding certain seeds for hormone balancing (pumpkin and sunflower) and goji berries for immunity since our fam has had some colds over the last couple weeks! Hormone Balancing and Immunity Boosting Oatmeal 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 cup nut milk (I used @nutmegmylk Creamy Brazil Nut) - Brazil nuts are high in selenium which helps support the production of thyroid hormones 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt (contains all essential trace minerals to help boost immunity) Splash of vanilla extract Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes.
