Tarte Tatin Ingredients: • 6 apples • 100g of sugar • 50g butter • 1 puff pastry Preparation: 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Peel and cut the apples into quarters. 3. Make a caramel with the sugar and butter in an ovenproof pan. 4. Arrange the apple quarters in the caramel. 5. Cover with the puff pastry, tucking the edges inside. 6.
