Kirimochi has so many ways to be enjoyed: grilled, toasted or even simmered in soup. This one is not much of a recipe because it’s so simple but it’s also one my favorite ways to enjoy it. It’s sweet but has a kick of spice, also savory from the spread of Farmers cheese. 😋
