4 green bell peppers, sliced in half
1 lb grass-fed ground beef 93/7
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup diced sweet onion
1 1/2 cup marinara sauce @mezzetta 
1 cup whole milk ricotta
1 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
1 tbsp olive oil

1. Preheat oven to 400°F 
2. Slice peppers in half & gut out inside. Brush them with olive oil, season with S&P.
3. Place peppers in baking dish & in the oven for 10 minutes.
