RECIPE
• 100 grams of butter- Try using a high quality butter (I used
Delitia from Parma)
• 100 grams of parmigiano reggiano (go for an aged maybe 24 months)
• 200 grams of fettuccine
• 1 cup of reserved pasta water
1. Boil 200 grams of fettuccine in salted water (reserve 1 cup of the pasta water)
2. Cut 100 grams of butter into cubes and add to a bowl
3. Once pasta is ready add it into the bowl along with the pasta water
