PB&J Baked Oats
Makes 6 servings 

Pbj baked oats

2 medium ripe bananas
2 cups gluten free rolled oats
2 scoops Orgain organic vanilla protein powder
4 tbsp collagen peptides
2 cups almond milk unsweetened 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 
5 tbsp peanut butter 
4 tbsp organic strawberry jelly or your favorite flavor 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees 
2. Mash the bananas I go the bottom of a 9x13” baking dish.
3. Pour in the oats, protein powder, collagen and almond milk. Mix very well until combined.
4. Add the cinnamon, vanilla and berries and mix again.
5. Dollop the peanut butter and jelly on top of the oats and use a butter knife to swirl them throughout the oats.
