People that never admit when they're wrong, refuse to take accountability, fail to apologize, point fingers instead of taking responsibility for their errors, mistakes and actions, are failing to give themselves the opportunity and permission to grow and evolve.

it requires an abundance of arrogance, ignorance and insecurity to not only lack the decency to apologize for your negative words and actions but to also victimize yourself due to others' reactions in the process

If you can't communicate and resolve problems with them, it's impossible to have a relationship with them. ~~~This goes both ways--they have to want to communicate and resolve problems, too. Like they say: Communication is a two-way street.
