A month of getting to know our new Reception class! 💫 Children printed their hands on their first day with their interest written on their hand. The activity will be repeated at the end of each term to show how their hands and interests grow and develop, ending with a lovely little keepsake to send to parents at the end of the year. So today was my first day back with my initial bunch of kiddos - we have half of the class in for the first few days and then gradually introduce the new children over the space of a week - so I only have 15 children in for the first 3 days, which is really lovely and I'm going to make the most of the more personal time I get to spend with them. We have completed our first week back to school for the 2015-2016 school year. It has been a great week! I've been completely exhausted by the end of each day, but I have absolutely loved my new school and love my class!
