Started using Glascubes in May 2024 and so far has proven to be very effective for our team, freeing up time that would normally be spent sending reminder emails manually. The automated reminder set up has helped a lot as responses from clients have increased. Feedback on the software has been a positive one both internally and externally.

Glasscubes has provided our team with a tool that has increased the quality and efficiency of our information requests to clients. This is a very useful platform to be able to send queries to clients while keeping all responses in one place. No more having to go through email chains trying to find that one bit of information they sent over! If there are any issues, the team is quick to respond and fix the problem, and they are open to suggestions on how to improve the platform.

I'm in my early stages of using glasscubes and generally find it very user friendly. Our clients have also taken it up quite well with few complaints and that was one of my biggest concerns of using something different. Whenever I do have any queries or am unsure on how to navigate it the support I have received has been prompt and efficient.

Glasscubes provides a much needed offering for personal tax professionals. The automated information requests have saved me significant time that would ordinarily be spent chasing, and out team is ahead of previous years in terms of client information received. Not requiring clients to create a login has meant that even our less tech savvy clients have been able to upload their information through the portal without any intervention on our part.

Awful terrible experience, sold unlimited storage and then complained that we used too much. The Glasscubes system is also slow and severely throttled for large files limiting both the number of files and download speed.
Unlimited Storage doesn't exist what they mean is 500gb and now claim it means you can buy more at an obcene additional cost.
Did a detailed beauty parade of the market and the sales pitch was good the reality terrible and we wasted over 150 hours in the migration.

Glasscubes simplifies work processes and keeps everyone in the loop with tasks. Tagging colleagues is easy (as is untagging when you don't need to be involved anymore) Email notifications keep everything up to date. it's incredibly easy to use and you can have workflows for different colleagues and/or departments. The platform admins are also open to dev ideas and we have had some changes implemented with ese to help our workflow. Would Definitely Recommend.

Good system for group collaboration when operating remotely. Can add files and comments, ideal if you want to have multiple conversations going with a selected group. There's one small issue, when emails are sent with the notification of a comment, all the text gets lumped together with no spacing. Has caused a few issues with lists as some people just read the email (lazy I know, but it happens!). As long as you're aware, you can work around it. Otherwise, works well and we're happy! EDIT: It's looks like this has now been fixed as I received a nicely spaced out notification email. Good work Glasscubes!

Prior to using Glasscubes, our whole team was involved in contacting our clients, multiple times a year to request their records. This was very time consuming and was not as successful as we would have liked. We started using Glasscubes this tax year and to date it has saved us around 288 hours of resource, allowing our staff to proceed with the actual work. Will definitely be using again in future years.

We have been using Glasscubes as our business archive and drive for over 4 years. The ease of use and the ability to easily share files and folders within the company of over 400 is the main reason why we have kept this programme. The ability to also set up numerous workspaces and attach files and folders has been very beneficial for the many audits we have to prepare for.
Indeed, we give access to our files on Glasscubes to many independent auditors who all comment on the ease of use without too much instruction of how to use it.
We also like the flexibility of being able to add or remove users.
Glasscubes has now become an integral part of our QMS

An effective technique for remote group cooperation. can add comments and files, which is perfect if you want to carry on several chats with a certain group. One minor flaw is that there is no spacing between the text when emails are sent to notify recipients of comments. lists have experienced some difficulties as a result of some people simply reading the email (lazy, I know, but it happens!). You can avoid it as long as you're aware of it. The rest is good, and we're content. EDIT: Judging by the perfectly spaced-out email I received as a notification, it appears that this has been fixed. Well done, Glasscubes!

The firm I work for recently started using Glasscubes for financial audit query lists. So far I have found the experience to be very positive - the website is easy to navigate and use, and clients seem to have no trouble registering or entering their responses. I have also contacted the customer support via their online chat and they quickly came back to me with a detailed response.

Glasscubes is brilliant!
It allows us as a school to all contribute and work on the same documents whilst also allowing our external partners to have an input too. By working online through this platform we have been able to save hours of admin time! Don't know what we did before we had glasscubes!!

I've recently started using Glasscubes and so far, so good. I am currently using it as a tool to manage financial and legal due diligence information requests. Clients upload responses and information to specific points on the platform which is great as clients can answer points piecemeal and it means I'm not having to trawl through lots of emails, which would be the alternative. The platform is user friendly and so far my clients have no complaints.
