Even after all these years I still dont feel well enough equipped to explain why this is my favorite line. The concept of ‘Even a scummy and cutthroat salesman realizes that a persons strength comes not from themself but from their friends’ is expected and run of the mill for this game. But “Let me become your strength” is a really beautiful way to convey the game’s message of connection and reliance on each other instead of just saying some mlp power of friendship type stuff. It comes out of nowhere and hits in a different way than most.
