The data has been collected from mid-level managers working at the primary and secondary health care departments in Pakistan using survey questionnaires. Convenience sampling has been used to collect data. The data was analyzed through Smart PLS using the structural equation modeling technique. The study adds value to the literature by analyzing the impact of ethical leadership on whistleblowing intentions. Organizational identification has been analyzed to check its mediating impact, and LOC has been discussed as a moderator to see its influence on the relationship between ethical leadership and whistleblowing intentions. This study is helpful for public-sector healthcare organizations to boost whistleblowing. The Prime Minister Portal is also an effort to boost whistleblowing, and a large number of whistles have been observed during the past few months.

It is a topic that has captured the interest of academics investigating nonprofit, charitable, and nongovernmental organizations. Despite the interest, few studies have examined the overlap and convergence of entrepreneurship and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), in congruence with the new phase of globalization. The study gathered and evaluated 73 peer-reviewed papers using a systematic literature review methodology, mainly from Web of Science but also from Scopus, JSTOR, and Science Direct, and supplemented by a search of existing databases and bibliographies. Based on the findings, 71 percent of studies suggest that organizations must reconsider the concept of social work, which has evolved rapidly, aided by globalization. The concept has changed from the NGO model to a more sustainable one, such as that proposed by SE. However, it is difficult to draw br...

The concept has changed from the NGO model to a more sustainable one, such as that proposed by SE. However, it is difficult to draw broad generalizations regarding the convergence of contextdependent complex variables such as SE, NGOs, and globalization. The results of the study will significantly contribute to a better understanding of the convergence of SE and NGOs, as well as the recognition that many aspects of NGOs, SE, and post-COVID globalization remain unexamined.
Why Public Sector projects fail or succeed in Pakistan- A model for evaluating impact of HR management practices on Project Success, 2022

As quality human resources become scarcer, businesses must pay greater attention to employee satisfaction and motivation. If employees are motivated to work, it is likely that they will produce better results. This research will examine the impact of Human resource management (HRM) practices on new product development (NPD). Technical, marketing, and financial risks are involved in the development of new products and services. Effective project planning and management contribute to sound decision-making. The analysis of the impact of HRM practices on NPD, project success, and organizational benefit is based on data collected using a cross-sectional design via a survey questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of items related to HR practices, NPD, Project Success, and Organizational benefits adapted from previous studies. Respondents working in 10 large-scale public sector projects executed by National Database & Registration Authority, Pakistan were selected for the study. Therefore, the results of the study can be generalized to similar projects executed by the public sector in Pakistan. According to the findings of the data analysis, there is a significant relationship between HR practices and project success, but there is no significant relationship between new product development and organizational benefit. It can be concluded that HR management practices have a significant influence on the success of public sector projects in Pakistan.
MEASURING THE IMPACT OF GLOBALIZATION ON COUNTRIES USING COMPOSITE INDEXES, 2022

Globalization is a recognized economic phenomenon that is often seen as a catalyst for national economic growth and development. The economy, politics, and society have become more intertwined in the last two decades. A trend in one part of the world quickly influences development in other parts. The COVID-19 epidemic is an excellent example of this interdependence. The purpose of this study is to systematically review the literature which deals with the study of composite indices measuring globalization and its impact. This is accomplished by collecting and classifying 65 peerreviewed publications, primarily from Scopus, Web of Science, and Science Direct, and augmented by a search of existing databases and bibliographies. This review elaborates on the six widely cited globalization indexes. The study will contribute to existing literature and theories by documenting and comparing currently used composite indices. Findings show that despite its shortcomings, the KOFGI is the most popular index with sixty three percent of globalization studies citing it followed by ATK/FP as second most cited index.
