This study aims to determine the effect of health coaching on the behavior and self-efficacy of m... more This study aims to determine the effect of health coaching on the behavior and self-efficacy of mothers in preventing stunting: the research method, Quasi-Experimental with pre-test and post-test with a control group design. The statistical results obtained differences in behavior and efficacy before and after treatment in the two groups with p-value <0.05. The difference in the mean post-test behavior with health coaching is 85.55 and with the module 76.88. The mean difference in post-test self-efficacy with health coaching is 41.13 and module 23.88. This research method is qualitative research with a descriptive explorative research type. The results of this study provide an overview of breast cancer patients' experiences using complementary therapies. This experience is described in six themes, namely: (1) herbal is the leading choice of complementary therapy; (2) friends are a source of information in determining the type of complementary therapy; (3) complementary therapy requires a lengthy healing time; (4) fear of surgery is the main reason for choosing complementary therapy; (5) expensive cost is an obstacle that is often encountered in using complementary therapy; (6) the use of CAM as an effort to improve the welfare of breast cancer patients. Currently, people are starting to return to their activities with the provisions of the COVID-19 ... more Currently, people are starting to return to their activities with the provisions of the COVID-19 protocol, which needs active readiness and participation in preventing the transmission of COVID-19. Padjadjaran University has developed the ADA-AMARI (Mawas Diri application) COVID-19 program to avoid it. Leuwigajah Village, Cimahi City, West Java, is one of the locations where the program is implemented. Literacy is needed thus the people understand the use of the ADA AMARI COVID-19 application. The purpose of this activity is to improve understanding the use of this application among community health volunteer thus they can spread the information to the community and all of the community can use the application as an initial identification to assess the risk of being exposed to COVID-19 independently. The service method used is counseling and simulation. This method was chosen to increase the understanding of community health volunteer about using the ADA AMARI COVID-19 application. Meanwhile, the simulation was chosen with consideration for a good understanding of the technicalities for filling out the ADA AMARI COVID-19 application. The results of this activity are as follows: 48 participants take part in literacy activities. The average knowledge of participants after thsese activities is in a good category, which is 83.8, which means that this activity impacts increasing the understanding of community health volunteer about using the ADA AMARI COVID-19 application. This activity concludes that participants already have a good knowledge of using the ADA AMARI COVID-19 application.

Sehingga diperlukan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang pemeriksaan kehamilan. Tujuan dari kegiatan meningkatkan pengetahuan perempuan tentang pemeriksaan kehamilan di era new normal. Sasaran kegiatan seluruh masyarakat Jawa Barat terutama ibu hamil dan anggota keluarganya. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 103 orang. Kegiatan diawali dengan mengisi form pretest, pemberian materi, dilanjutkan sesi tanya jawab dan diakhiri posttest. Platform yang digunakan adalah Zoom. Data dianalisa secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan t test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan kader kesehatan pretest sebesar 72.43 dan posttest 75.92 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.00. Breast cancer is one type of cancer in a woman with the highest incidence globally, including Ind... more Breast cancer is one type of cancer in a woman with the highest incidence globally, including Indonesia. Early detection, such as breast self-examination (BSE), can find breast cancer early, thus can reduce mortality and morbidity. BSE behavior is influenced by many factors of social support. Social support can come from the community, health workers, friends, and families, such as parents, spouses, and children. This study aims to determine social support from nursing students to their mothers to implement breast self-examination (BSE). This study was a quantitative descriptive design. This study's population was active students of batch 2016 and 2017 of Nursing Faculty, Universitas Padjadjaran in Jatinangor, Garut, and Pangandaran region. The sampling method used a purposive sampling of 236 students of Nursing Faculty, Universitas Padjadjaran. The data was collected using a social support questionnaire about BSE. Data analysis was used univariate as follows frequency distribution and percentage. This study has three levels of social support: high, moderate, and low. The results showed that social support had a high level of 36.86% and a low level of 35,59%. Students had a high level of emotional support (40,25%), instrumental support (20.76%), information support (52.54%) and appraisal support (75,42%). The study has indicated that social support by nursing students had still low. This can be improved by changing perceptions and increasing awareness about BSE.

Penyakit ini akan menyertai penderita seumur hidup penderita sehingga akan mempengaruhi terhadap kualitas hidup penderita baik dari keadaan kesehatan fisik, psikologis, social dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kualitas hidup penderita diabetes mellitus di Poli RSUD Cianjur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel 50 orang. Yang didapat secara purposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah WHO Qol – Brief dengan 26 item pertanyaan digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas hidup penderita. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian dari responden merasa kualitas hidupnya baik dan sebagian besar responden merasa puas terhadap keadaan kesehatannya. Dari dimensi kesehatan fisik responden merasa lebih puas dalam kemampuannya dalam bergaul. Dari dimensi psikologi responden sering muncul perasaan negatif. Dari dimensi hubungan sosial responden lebih puas terhadap dukungan sosial. Dari dimensi lingkungan responden lebih puas terhadap mendapatkan informasi yang baru. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah gambaran kualitas hidup penderita Diabetes Mellitus di Poli RSUD Cianjur adalah baik. Dengan mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup penderita Diabetes mellitus diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi perawat dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan kepada klien diabetes mellitus. The research method used is a scoping review where the author uses four databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, Proquest, and Science direct, from 2013 to 2021. The type of research sought uses cross-sectional and retrospective observational. The results showed that alternative, complementary therapies often used by breast cancer survivors were herbs, spiritual therapy, vitamin and mineral supplements, mind-body manipulative practices, and exercise. However, five articles state that there is no association between the use of CAM on the quality of life of breast cancer survivors. However, seven other articles said that there was a positive effect of CAM on the quality of life of breast cancer survivors. Dismenore adalah nyeri pada perut bagian bawah yang dirasakan pada saat menstruasi. Ada beberapa ... more Dismenore adalah nyeri pada perut bagian bawah yang dirasakan pada saat menstruasi. Ada beberapa manajemen nyeri untuk mengatasi dismenore, salah satunya adalah dengan yoga. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yoga terhadap tingkat dismenore pada mahasiswi Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Unpad. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan only one grouppretest dan posttest design, menggunakan instrumen Visual Analog Scale (VAS) skala 1-10. Responden adalah mahasiswi yang berjumlah 20 orang diambil secara purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan dan yoga dilakukan selama 30 menit. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji statistik nonparametric t-test of related dengan two tail test atau paired-sampel t test dengan nilai α 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa saat sebelum yoga, 50% responden mengalami dismenore pada kategori nyeri sedang dan 10% mengalami nyeri berat terkontrol sedangkan sesudah yoga, 70% responden mengalami dismenore pada kategori nyeri ringan, 15% tidak mengalami nyeri dan 0% yang mengalami nyeri berat terkontrol sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yoga terhadap dismenore dengan p-value = 0.000. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka yoga dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif intervensi untuk dismenore.

Saat ini belum ada upaya untuk mengidentifikasi gaya hidup penderita kanker payudara tersebut. Hal ini menarik untuk diteliti dengan tujuan mengatahui gaya hidup yang dimiliki oleh penderita kanker payudara sebelum didiagnosis menderita kanker payudara Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskripstif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara accidental sampling kepada 32 responden yang menderita kanker payudara selama tiga minggu di RSUD Kota Sumedang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah inventori alat ukur gaya hidup LAI (Lifestyle Assessment Inventory). Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa hampir setengah responden (34,38%) terdapat dalam kategori rata-rata pada variabel aktifitas fisik serta pada variabel kebiasaan konsumsi alkohol dan kebiasaan merokok terdapat hampir setengah responden dalam kategori di bawah rata-rata (37,50%), serta sebagian besar responden (75%) dalam kategori perlu perbaikan pada variabel diet dan nutrisi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap penderita kanker payudara di RSUD Kota Sumedang belum memiliki gaya hidup yang baik. Hal ini dapat menjadi data bagi pihak kesehatan untuk dapat memberikan informasi mengenai gaya hidup yang paling mendominasi pada penderita kanker payudara. This study aimed to compare the effect of spiritual intervention and Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) to reduce both pain and anxiety. The study design used was quasy experiment with consecutive sampling technique. The subjects involved were 36 mothers giving birth at health centers PONED Pekalongan which divided into two groups, SEFT intervention as intervension group and spiritual intervention as control group. The instrument used was numeric rating scale. Data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney U test, Wilcoxon and Independent t Test. The results showed there were differences in average decrease in pain and anxiety between two groups. Currently, people are starting to return to their activities with the provisions of the COVID-19 ... more Currently, people are starting to return to their activities with the provisions of the COVID-19 protocol, which needs active readiness and participation in preventing the transmission of COVID-19. Padjadjaran University has developed the ADA-AMARI (Mawas Diri application) COVID-19 program to avoid it. Leuwigajah Village, Cimahi City, West Java, is one of the locations where the program is implemented. Literacy is needed thus the people understand the use of the ADA AMARI COVID-19 application. The purpose of this activity is to improve understanding the use of this application among community health volunteer thus they can spread the information to the community and all of the community can use the application as an initial identification to assess the risk of being exposed to COVID-19 independently. The service method used is counseling and simulation. This method was chosen to increase the understanding of community health volunteer about using the ADA AMARI COVID-19 application. Meanwhile, the simulation was chosen with consideration for a good understanding of the technicalities for filling out the ADA AMARI COVID-19 application. The results of this activity are as follows: 48 participants take part in literacy activities. The average knowledge of participants after thsese activities is in a good category, which is 83.8, which means that this activity impacts increasing the understanding of community health volunteer about using the ADA AMARI COVID-19 application. This activity concludes that participants already have a good knowledge of using the ADA AMARI COVID-19 application.

Sehingga diperlukan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang pemeriksaan kehamilan. Tujuan dari kegiatan meningkatkan pengetahuan perempuan tentang pemeriksaan kehamilan di era new normal. Sasaran kegiatan seluruh masyarakat Jawa Barat terutama ibu hamil dan anggota keluarganya. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 103 orang. Kegiatan diawali dengan mengisi form pretest, pemberian materi, dilanjutkan sesi tanya jawab dan diakhiri posttest. Platform yang digunakan adalah Zoom. Data dianalisa secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan t test. Breast cancer is one type of cancer in a woman with the highest incidence globally, including Ind... more Breast cancer is one type of cancer in a woman with the highest incidence globally, including Indonesia. Early detection, such as breast self-examination (BSE), can find breast cancer early, thus can reduce mortality and morbidity. BSE behavior is influenced by many factors of social support. Social support can come from the community, health workers, friends, and families, such as parents, spouses, and children. This study aims to determine social support from nursing students to their mothers to implement breast self-examination (BSE). This study was a quantitative descriptive design. This study's population was active students of batch 2016 and 2017 of Nursing Faculty, Universitas Padjadjaran in Jatinangor, Garut, and Pangandaran region. The sampling method used a purposive sampling of 236 students of Nursing Faculty, Universitas Padjadjaran. The data was collected using a social support questionnaire about BSE. Data analysis was used univariate as follows frequency distribution and percentage. This study has three levels of social support: high, moderate, and low. The results showed that social support had a high level of 36.86% and a low level of 35,59%. Students had a high level of emotional support (40,25%), instrumental support (20.76%), information support (52.54%) and appraisal support (75,42%). The study has indicated that social support by nursing students had still low. This can be improved by changing perceptions and increasing awareness about BSE.

Penyakit ini akan menyertai penderita seumur hidup penderita sehingga akan mempengaruhi terhadap kualitas hidup penderita baik dari keadaan kesehatan fisik, psikologis, social dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kualitas hidup penderita diabetes mellitus di Poli RSUD Cianjur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel 50 orang. Yang didapat secara purposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah WHO Qol – Brief dengan 26 item pertanyaan digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas hidup penderita. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian dari responden merasa kualitas hidupnya baik dan sebagian besar responden merasa puas terhadap keadaan kesehatannya. Dari dimensi kesehatan fisik responden merasa lebih puas dalam kemampuannya dalam bergaul. Dari dimensi psikologi responden sering muncul perasaan negatif. Dari dimensi hubungan sosial responden lebih puas terhadap dukungan sosial. Dari dimensi lingkungan responden lebih puas terhadap mendapatkan informasi yang baru. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah gambaran kualitas hidup penderita Diabetes Mellitus di Poli RSUD Cianjur adalah baik. Dengan mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup penderita Diabetes mellitus diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi perawat dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan kepada klien diabetes mellitus. The research method used is a scoping review where the author uses four databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, Proquest, and Science direct, from 2013 to 2021. The type of research sought uses cross-sectional and retrospective observational. The results showed that alternative, complementary therapies often used by breast cancer survivors were herbs, spiritual therapy, vitamin and mineral supplements, mind-body manipulative practices, and exercise. However, five articles state that there is no association between the use of CAM on the quality of life of breast cancer survivors. However, seven other articles said that there was a positive effect of CAM on the quality of life of breast cancer survivors. Ada beberapa manajemen nyeri untuk mengatasi dismenore, salah satunya adalah dengan yoga. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yoga terhadap tingkat dismenore pada mahasiswi Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Unpad. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan only one grouppretest dan posttest design, menggunakan instrumen Visual Analog Scale (VAS) skala 1-10. Responden adalah mahasiswi yang berjumlah 20 orang diambil secara purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan dan yoga dilakukan selama 30 menit. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji statistik nonparametric t-test of related dengan two tail test atau paired-sampel t test dengan nilai α 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa saat sebelum yoga, 50% responden mengalami dismenore pada kategori nyeri sedang dan 10% mengalami nyeri berat terkontrol sedangkan sesudah yoga, 70% responden mengalami dismenore pada kategori nyeri ringan, 15% tidak mengalami nyeri dan 0% yang mengalami nyeri berat terkontrol sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yoga terhadap dismenore dengan p-value = 0.000. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka yoga dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif intervensi untuk dismenore.

Saat ini belum ada upaya untuk mengidentifikasi gaya hidup penderita kanker payudara tersebut. Hal ini menarik untuk diteliti dengan tujuan mengatahui gaya hidup yang dimiliki oleh penderita kanker payudara sebelum didiagnosis menderita kanker payudara Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskripstif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara accidental sampling kepada 32 responden yang menderita kanker payudara selama tiga minggu di RSUD Kota Sumedang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah inventori alat ukur gaya hidup LAI (Lifestyle Assessment Inventory). Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa hampir setengah responden (34,38%) terdapat dalam kategori rata-rata pada variabel aktifitas fisik serta pada variabel kebiasaan konsumsi alkohol dan kebiasaan merokok terdapat hampir setengah responden dalam kategori di bawah rata-rata (37,50%), serta sebagian besar responden (75%) dalam kategori perlu perbaikan pada variabel diet dan nutrisi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap penderita kanker payudara di RSUD Kota Sumedang belum memiliki gaya hidup yang baik. Hal ini dapat menjadi data bagi pihak kesehatan untuk dapat memberikan informasi mengenai gaya hidup yang paling mendominasi pada penderita kanker payudara. The study design used was quasy experiment with consecutive sampling technique. The subjects involved were 36 mothers giving birth at health centers PONED Pekalongan which divided into two groups, SEFT intervention as intervension group and spiritual intervention as control group. The instrument used was numeric rating scale. Data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney U test, Wilcoxon and Independent t Test. The results showed there were differences in average decrease in pain and anxiety between two groups.
