sorry for not updating for a while im a filthy liar and I’m struggling to get out more than 8000 words in a coherent order

do americans get their teeth whitened regularly or do you just keep really good care of them? mine are super yellow bc my dental care is poor and I eat mostly energy drinks and popcorn. I worry about them falling out a lot but I dont brush them enough even though I shower like twice a day. human teeth aren’t meant to live as long as we do. i read that on the internet so it might not be true but it sounds good. ( *｀з´)

idk. is there anything grosser than sugar rotting on your teeth? i haven’t brushed them tonight :(
