I have one alcoholic drink in my fridge because the other night when I drank I bought 8 shots but I also went to a liquor store I don’t usually go to and they had espresso martini can that said made with real vodka so I bought it but because I had 8 shots I didn’t end up drinking it I think I forgot I had it.. now it’s like do I throw it away and try to be sober or do I drink it and probably end up drinking more tonight and just try again tomorrow
Well it’s obvious what I’m going to do

Having a bad therapist is the worst because when I was fresh and deep in my alcoholism I had a therapist that told me I didn’t need to stop drinking I just needed to figure out how to control it and her advice was to do something productive while drunk. Ya she cut ties with me because I was drinking and doing thc edibles. She said in her own words that I needed to quit if I wanted help and she recommended I see someone who specialized in substance abuse. Ya I hated her.

I’m trying to fight these cravings but I already colored, ate food, took a long shower, did a face mask, played video games (until I got annoyed), and the craving went away and another one came so I’m just gonna lay here I guess

I’m stuck in my room because i have a fresh arm tattoo that’s not exactly fun to drive with and my little sister and her friends are hanging out in the kitchen so instead of doomscrolling or agonizing over creative projects i’m sending him pictures of various car parts and asking him to name them
