CARiMoL is a novel run-time Configurable Hardware Accelerator for Ring and Module Lattice-based postquantum cryptography. It’s flexible design can be configured to key-pair generation, encapsulation, and decapsulation for NewHope and CRYSTALS-Kyber schemes using same hardware. CARiMoL offers run-time configurability for multiple security levels of NewHope and CRYSTALS-Kyber schemes, supporting both Chosen-Plaintext Attack (CPA) and ChosenCiphertext Attack (CCA) secure implementations. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first systematically designed full scale hardware accelerator for CCA-complaint multiple LBC schemes that supports run-time reconfigurability without the use of processor such as ARM Cortex series or soft core such as popular RISC-V processors. RESUMO. A química é uma disciplina que apresenta diversas temáticas e dependendo da maneira como é abordada pode tornar seu aprendizado prejudicado. Nesse sentido, ensinar utilizando recursos como, por exemplo, modelos tridimensionais podem facilitar o ensino e a aprendizagem do aluno. As representações tridimensionais normalmente são utilizadas quando são abordados temas como orbitais atômicos, números quânticos, geometria molecular, simetria molecular, entre outros. Nesse sentido, propormos construir kits utilizando materiais que possam ser reutilizados a fim representar estruturas tridimensionais para ensinar orbitais atômicos nas disciplinas de Química dos Cursos de Engenharia. Chemistry is a subject that presents several themes and depending on how it is approached can impair one's learning. In this sense, teaching using resources such as threedimensional models can facilitate the teaching and learning process. Three-dimensional models are usually used when such topics are covered: atomic orbitals, molecular geometry, molecular symmetry, among others. Here we propose the construction of kits using recycled materials in order to represent three-dimensional structures for the teaching of atomic orbitals in the subject of chemistry in engineering courses.

Objectives: To compare the hearing thresholds obtained with auditory brainstem response (ABR) and auditory steady state response (ASSR) audiometry in children with hearing loss. Methods: Hearing thresholds were obtained by ABR and ASSR in children who presented with suspicion of deafness at Ear, nose & throat department of Al-Nafees Medical College Hospital Islamabad, between January to August 2018. The mean hearing thresholds obtained by two tests were compared within each category of severity of deafness. Time taken by both tests was also compared. Results: A total of 57 patients (114 ears) were included in the study. Among them 27 (47.4%) were male and 30 (52.6%) were female. The mean age of patients at presentation was 42 months (±30.9) with age range from one to 12 years. • The functional programming paradigm was explicitly created to support a pure functional approach to problem solving. Functional programming is a form of declarative programming. • In contrast, an imperative language uses a sequence of statements to determine how to reach a certain goal. • With an imperative approach, a developer writes code that describes in exacting detail the steps that the computer must take to accomplish the goal. • A functional approach involves composing the problem as a set of functions to be executed. The primary reason to implement functional transformation as pure functions is that pure functions are compatible: that is self-contained and stateless. • These characteristics bring the benefits like readability and maintainability. We can define carefully the input to each function, and what each function returns. Haskell/gofer like languages is purely functional. • Functional languages are good when we have a fixed set of things and as our code evolves, we primarily add new operations on existing things. This can be accomplished by adding new functions which compute with existing data types and the existing functions left alone. This is sometimes referred to as algorithmic programming most mainstream languages including object-oriented programming (OOP) Languages such as c#, C++, and java were designed to primarily support imperative programming. Public value is a new and important concept in the public management research. This concept give a new idea of public management with theme of peoples first approach to facilitate them. Public value creation is the main concern of public mangers in today’s public sector organizations. Public value is based on three building blocks of public value that are services, trust and social outcome. Professionalism is an esential requirement to achieve these building blocks of public value. A professional public manager by virtue of his possition will be in a better position to create public value. The important attributes of a professional public manger includes honesty, competency, accountability, self regulation and specialized knowledge of his field and duties. These attributes of public managers will create public value and ultimately establish the trust of public on the organization and as a result, the country will become a welfare state. 

The objective of this review is to identify the most effective characteristics of leaders to enable lean implementation, and helps the organization to improve or change their already implemented strategies to enhance performance through lean. The litreture aim to measure the leadership style for implementation of lean contributes towards building behaviors of leaders that supports the change process like lean. The methodology contains peer reviewed journal, which uncovered 67 reviewed articles from 2003-2017. The conclusion after review explore that senior management and human resources must support and operationalized such opportunity of development. The development is purposed to enable lean implementation. The proper implementation of leadership behaviors improved the success of lean system and validates to achieve high sustainability in performance. 

Public value is a new and important concept in the field of public administration. A large number of researchers has focused on the concept of public value during the last 10 years or so. This concept gives a new idea of public management with the theme of people’s first approach to facilitate them. Public value creation is the main concern of public managers in today’s public sector organizations. This paper presents a systematic literature review of 413 articles published on the topic of public value in Scopus index journals from 1995 to 2018. A large number of articles on public value shows the importance of the concept of public value. This systematic literature review reveals that most of the work on public value has been done in developed countries like USA, UK, Australia, and Netherland and developing countries are far behind on the research of public value.

Leadership has identified as the important factor that participates in the public sector organization success. Therefore, the leader’s and subordinates effort put together in order to enhance the performance of an organization by leadership. In recent years, different leadership concepts have emerged for increasing sustainability of the organization in terms of sustainable leadership that is the newly established leadership style. This paper addresses the relationship between 23 sustainable leadership practices towards enhancing the performance of the organization. This paper purpose is to explore the theoretical review that sustainable leadership practices have an effect on public sector organizations. This literature review is gained from books and journals of SL practices in public organizations. BackgroundSeed dormancy is a prevailing condition in which seeds are unable to germinate, even under favorable environmental conditions. HarvestedBrassica oleracea(Chinese cabbage) seeds are dormant and normally germinate (poorly) at 21 °C. This study investigated the connections between ethylene, nitric oxide (NO), and karrikin 1 (KAR1) in the dormancy release of secondary dormantBrassica oleraceaseeds.ResultsNO and KAR1 were found to induce seed germination, and stimulated the production of ethylene and 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC), and both ethylene biosynthesis enzyme ACC oxidase (ACO) [1] and ACC synthase (ACS) [2]. In the presence of NO and KAR1, ACS and ACO activity reached maximum levels after 36 and 48 h, respectively.
