indefinite semi-hiatus

hello everyone. i feel like it has been a long time since i have made a personal post. my life has been great ever since having my son, but since i am also working, this means that i do not have time to post as much as i would like. fandoms will always have a special place in my heart, but blogging is no longer where my free time lies. i will be taking an indefinite semi-hiatus from now on. it will mostly be a hiatus, but i am saying semi because i might come on occasionally to reblog or scroll.

i want to thank everyone who has followed me for this last decade and all of my friends i have made on here over the years. we had so much fun in our nets, chatting about personality types, wands, and hogwarts houses. i will never forget you or our conversations. i have just reached the time in my life now where it doesn’t make sense for me to keep up an active blog on any of my accounts: @wandlores @reductos @beaconhills and @hazellepotter.

no matter what stage i am in my life, harry potter will always mean everything to me. all my shows will mean everything to me. i can’t wait to share them with my son as he ages. this is a beautiful and sad post for me to write; this time of my life is coming to a close.

again, i love you all. thank you so much for everything!

There are those who say fate is something beyond our command. That destiny is not our own, but I know better. Our fate lives within us, you only have to be brave enough to see it.

Who is the girl I see, staring straight back at me? Why is my reflection someone I don’t know? Somehow cannot hide, who I am, though I’ve tried.

my advice for girls who are waiting for their prince charming is to be open for anything. be open to new experiences, be open to the idea that it may take longer than you want, but if you’re open to meeting new people and new adventures, then love will come along.
