Mod Updates - 04/13
Hi everyone! To celebrate the fact that I finished my save file (a first version, that I have now to test heavily), I'm publishing a new game changing mod to remove completely randomly generated townies, and updated mods.
Usual intro about my current situation: I’m soon starting a training program next month, which means I will live with less ressources. If you like my mods and can afford it, don’t hesitate to make a donation here, it could go a long way 🤗
🆕 New mod:
🚷 No Townie Generation and Relaxed Filters: this mods completely removes townie generation and allow more flexibility for the game to choose which Sims can be used to fill-in a specific role, but require some set-up to work correctly (in this case, not working just means that no Sims will spawn, nothing game breaking). Make sure to read the instructions.
To celebrate that, I updated a bunch of townies and NPCs under my EA-ID Down-In-Simsland!
🔄️ Updated mods:
🧑🤝🧑 Interact in Tight Spaces: Added fixes for some objects footprint, and most important, to all the computers footprints, in order to remove the issue where your Sims need to sit first to use a computer is the desk is full of clutter!
🛎️ Club & Businesses Extended Interactions: Some small additions for the Acting, Play on Playground Equipement and Play with Toys activities.
⚠️ Known Issues:
🎲 Multifunctional Objects - Game Tables: I don't know how widespread is this issue, but I have an animation exception randomly happening when Sims try to join a card game on a game table, even without mods installed. If you also face this issue, don't hesitate to post on that bug report for them to take a look at it.
As my mod made Sims play cards anywhere, it made this bug more likely to happen, that's why I deactivated the autonomy on a last update. But it seems that autonomy is messed up for business customers that will use interactions regardless of restrictions, even on places where it's not intended! I would recommend not using that mod until that issue is solved.
