Latar Belakang Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, lipid lebih jarang diketahui oleh orang kebanyakan dibanding dengan karbohidrat atau protein. Lipid memiliki banyak peranan penting dalam hal biologis, seperti sebagai sumber asupan energi, sebagai kulit pelindung pada tumbuhan dan serangga, serta sebagai komponen utama membran yang mengelilingi semua sel hidup. Selain itu, lemak juga merupakan sumber asam lemak esensial dan pelarut vitamin A, D, E, dan K. Lemak dan minyak dapat diperoleh dari dua sumber yaitu sumber hewani dan nabati (McMurry dkk., 2007). Lemak dan minyak ialah triester dari gliserol dan disebut trigliserida. Lemak merupakan senyawa organik yang tidak larut dalam air namun larut dalam pelarut organik nonpolar seperti eter, kloroform dan benzena. Inilah salah satu sifat lemak yang membedakannya dari karbohidrat, protein, asam nukleat, dan kebanyakan molekul hayati lainnya. Seperti halnya karbohidrat, bahan ini tersusun atas tiga unsur yaitu C, H dan O. Bila lemak atau minyak dididihkan dengan alkali, lalu larutan hasil diasamkan, maka akan diperoleh gliserol dan campuran asam lemak. Reaksi ini disebut reaksi penyabunan (Hart dkk., 2003). Berdasarkan teori di atas, maka dilakukanlah percobaan ekstraksi minyak dan lemak dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kelarutan minyak dan lemak terhadap berbagai jenis pelarut dan mengetahui pelarut yang baik untuk mengekstraksi minyak dan lemak.

Según EL CENTRO DE ENVESTIGACION Y SALUD en NUTRICION, " Comprometidos por mejorar el estado de nutrición de la población y promover la actividad física " Por lo que pueden entender que la nutrición es muy importante. Por ende la empresa alicorp cuenta con un comité de salud y nutrición integrada por especialistas de desarrollo nutricional, tecnológico sostenible en comunicaciones que tiene por objetivo descubrir y tomar decisiones sobre la estrategia de salud nutricional de la compañía. Y así marcar la diferencia entre la vida saludable.

This project is pivotal for the region's development and aims to provide long-term solutions to water scarcity, energy shortages, and agricultural challenges. 3. Project Objectives  Water Supply: Provide up to 150,000 cubic meters of treated water daily to residents of Kitui, Makueni, and parts of Machakos counties.  Irrigation: Develop irrigation infrastructure to support 40,075 hectares of agricultural land in Kitui and Makueni counties.
