Q:1 Computer mediated communication (the ups store) Face to face teaching and communication all over the years were the best way to communicate but when it comes to distance education and communication the Computer mediated communication is now being used. Solving the distance problem the (CMC) is based in the part of mailing, audio, video and telephone by a number of organizations and schools. Individuals and organizations have accepted the CMC for the fact that it makes it easier to communicate it hold the advantage of being able to communicate with individuals at any time and any place, but “every rose got its thorns” both parties need to be organized so there won’t be a lack of misinformation delivery. The ups store have used CMC to provide customer service in the mailbox and package and shipping services and designing papers based on customers need via communicating them and getting their needs sorted out. A lack of technology and internet connection would be a problem for both side, the organization won’t be able to send the package to the receiver in time unless everything is organized step by step. It is a generic term covering a multiplicity of techniques in which two or more individuals are assigned a task that involves collaboration and self-initiated language. In my point of view group work is more helpful in the term of collecting ideas and dealing with all kind difficulties the group might face by putting their minds together and gives the conclusion of Expanded profitability and execution aptitudes advancement knowing all the more about yourself .It implies small group work, thus techniques are, brainstorming, clustering ideas, buzz groups and snowballing, round robin and giving presentations. I’ll be explaining only three techniques. First of all Brainstorming is process for producing inventive thoughts and arrangements through serious and freewheeling gathering discourse. Each member is urged to verbally process and recommend whatever number thoughts as would be prudent, regardless of apparently how stunning or odd. Investigation, exchange, or feedback of the disclosed thoughts is permitted just when the meeting to generate new ideas is over and assessment session starts. In conclusion, brainstorming is the procedure for producing new thoughts. Second is Clustering Ideas is more like the brainstorming process, Grouping is something that you can do all alone or with other individuals to attempt to discover motivation in the association between thoughts. The procedure is like free-writing in that as you write down thoughts on a bit of paper, in Clustering, you scribble down just words or short expressions. Use diverse shaded pens as thoughts appear to present themselves in gatherings. Utilization printing or longhand script to propose that thoughts are fundamental musings or strong thoughts. Try not to try to sort out too flawlessly, however, on the grounds that that can obstruct the stream of thoughts. Try not to cross anything out in light of the fact that you can't tell where a thought will lead you. When you get a couple of thoughts recorded, you can begin to gathering them, utilizing hued circles or whatever. Draw connecting lines as associations present themselves. Last the term Round robin is a composed request, dedication, or dissent to which the marks are appended around so as not to demonstrate who marked first, its an announcement marked by a few individuals. Something sent thusly to the individuals from a gathering each of whom signs and advances it now and again in the wake of including remark. Q:3 El-Miamiani Holding Group El-Miamiani Holding Group is a large known organization in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and sales agents in Qatar, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates. the Maimani Holding Group for Industry, Investment & Trade in 1945 (1365H), holding business enrollment number eight in Kingdom, Sheik Abdulsattar Al-Maimani has incorporated the Company with a broadly perceived pioneer fabricating, speculations & exchange. The organization owns several manufactories including, red bricks factory, Rockwool insulation factory, Taiba water bottling factory and Dowraq water bottling factory. I have become to know a lot about this organization since three of my relatives is working in the organization and I have developed friends in it which helped me make this article by interviewing each person about their peer-relationship with their managers and their co-workers. I asked each volunteer three questions, first question was: “how is your relationship with your manager and? Have you gained any experience and learned from it?” second question was: “how is your relationship with your co-workers and? Have you gained any experience and learned from it?” third question was: “as a team have you been able to work effectively and efficiently to achieve success for the sake of the organization?” The first employee I asked is an “information technology programmer” he answered on the first question “I have learned a lot of my manager and there is a trust relationship between the manager and I that gives me the confident that I will always do good for the sake of the organization.” On the second question he answered. “it’s hard to get along with all the co-workers and I consider having a trust relationship is enough” but on the third question he answered “ I think one person with the great skills doesn’t need to be in a team and am doing pretty great for the sake of the company as it is.” The second employee was a secretary of the red rock director, he answered on the first question “I don’t like the fact that am wasting time working on non-important personal matters of the director, there is no experience gain in doing his personal chores” he answered the second question “ I consider most of the co-workers here as friends and its fun having them around although we don’t any work in comment.” But he answered the third question “am not qualified to work in teams as am just a secretary”. The third employee was a female who is an assistant to the general manager, she answered the first question “as being the assistant to the manager I get to go to attend meetings and earn great deal of experience and I’m learning from it, the manager is a very strict person and he treats his employees with wisdom and respect” she answered the second question negatively as she explained “the other male co-workers don’t believe in my abilities, but my female co-workers are easy going and we learned a lot of each other and we respect each other’s opinions” but she answered the third question. “I think the team work is the best way to achieve success for the sake of the organization we got to solve several problems with putting our minds together.” The fourth employee is an accountant. He answered the first question, “I have all the respect to the manager and he is generous and kind, I do share my experience with him as he does too” the second question “we share experience and after all these years am still learning” third question “I enjoy listening to new ideas and I like how we all respect each other’s opinion and discuss it through”. The Fifth employee is a security employee who guards the company. He answered the first question “even in my business field I too used to have a manager and who always guided me through and I have learned from him a lot” the second question “guiding the security team takes a lot of work and we share each other’s theories to create a safer environment for the workers” he answered the last question. ”team work is our model”.
