El Plan Nacional de Desarrollo considera que la tarea del desarrollo y del crecimiento corresponde a todos los actores, todos los sectores y todas las personas del país. El desarrollo no es deber de un solo actor, ni siquiera de uno tan central como lo es el Estado. El crecimiento y el desarrollo surgen de abajo hacia arriba, cuando cada persona, cada empresa y cada actor de nuestra sociedad son capaces de lograr su mayor contribución. Así, el Plan expone la ruta que el Gobierno de la República se ha trazado para contribuir, de manera más eficaz, a que todos juntos podamos lograr que México alcance su máximo potencial. Para lograr lo anterior, se establecen como Metas Nacionales: un México en Paz, un México Incluyente, un México con Educación de Calidad, un México Próspero y un México con Responsabilidad Global. Asimismo, se presentan Estrategias Transversales para Democratizar la Productividad, para alcanzar un Gobierno Cercano y Moderno, y para tener una Perspectiva de Género en todos los programas de la Administración Pública Federal.

“Managing International Cooperations: Evaluation of models measuring national cultural differences and their implications for business, illustrated with the examples of India, Japan & Germany”, 2015

This Master's Thesis explores the relevance of cultural dimensions in international business management, emphasizing their role in successful multinational collaborations. By analyzing three prominent cultural frameworks—Hofstede, Trompenaars, and the GLOBE study—this research applies these models to comparative analyses of Germany, India, and Japan. The work evaluates the models’ methodological robustness and practical applicability, identifying key cultural differences that influence business practices, decision-making, and interpersonal interactions in cross-cultural contexts. The findings reveal significant variations in dimensions such as power distance, individualism, and uncertainty avoidance across the examined cultures. Germany exhibits lower power distance and higher individualism compared to India and Japan, while Japan demonstrates high uncertainty avoidance and long-term orientation. Practical recommendations for managers are derived, emphasizing the necessity to respect hierarchical structures in Japan, foster collectivism in India, and balance task-oriented and relationship-based approaches in Germany. This thesis bridges the gap between theoretical cultural studies and their practical applications, offering actionable insights for managers engaged in cross-cultural negotiations, leadership, and organizational development. The research concludes with tailored guidelines for German managers to enhance intercultural competence, fostering efficient and harmonious international cooperations.
