There has been a considerable interest in non-ferroelectric perovskite oxide CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12 (CCTO). This material was discovered to possess one of the largest static dielectric constants, reaching nearly ε ~ 80, 000 for single-crystal samples at room temperature. This compound has centrosymmetric structure at room temperature with cubic space group Im3. Because of such incredibly high dielectric constant, the structure, dielectric and electrical properties of CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12 substituted at Ca-site with other alkaline earth metals i.e. Ba and Sr as substitution elements were studied. An extensive studies were carried out on the dielectric properties of the Ca 1-x Ba x Cu 3 Ti 4 O 12 and Ca 1-x Sr x Cu 3 Ti 4 O 12 where x = 0.5, 0.52, 0.56 and 0.6 at various temperatures. The substitutions were based on ionic radius (r Ca < r Sr < r Ba) and the dielectric studies of Ca 1-x M x Cu 3 Ti 4 O 12 (where M = Sr, Ba) have not been reported so far.

Curing Epilepsy: Cayce successfully cured eight people of epilepsy, a remarkable feat considering the lack of effective medications at the time. The document contrasts this with the challenges of treating epilepsy today, where medication can control seizures in only 70% of cases. Cayce's Approach: Cayce's methods involved a combination of trance readings, osteopathic manipulations, and dietary recommendations. His success in treating epilepsy highlights the potential of alternative approaches to healing. Edgar Cayce's Legacy: The Sleeping Prophet: Cayce became known as the "Sleeping Prophet" for his ability to provide answers to questions about the past, future, and health while in a trance. His readings were recorded by his secretary, Gladys Davis. The Association for Research and Enlightenment (ARE): Cayce's work led to the founding of ARE, an organization dedicated to exploring spirituality and healing. In Search of God: Cayce's book, "In Search of God," is a key text for ARE study groups. It offers a unique perspective on God and spirituality.

This study is a tribute to the late great Filipino-philosopher Emerita S. Quito (11 September 1929-17 September 2017). This paper highlights her contention regarding the role of decolonization as a necessity for the restoration of Filipino identity. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part introduces Quito as one of the country's unique philosophers who aspired for the greater glory of the Filipino people; the second part features her thoughts on Filipino identity and decolonization as the ultimate symbol of her intellectual journey as a philosopher and patriot; and lastly, we shall try to show the weaknesses and limitations of Quito's views.
