They may concern various areas of the company’s activity, starting from product design, procurement organization, optimization of production processes, control of manufactured products and services, through improvement of work organization and reduction of production costs, and ending with the implementation of modern solutions based on digital technologies. The purpose of implementing new production methods is to improve labour mobility, optimization of the use of raw materials and resources, costs reduction, increase efficiency, productivity, etc. In the literature, there are many different types of methods that can be used by modern enterprises. Sectio caesaria merupakan suatu cara melahirkan dimana mengeluarkan janin dengan cara membuat sayatan pada bagian abdominal. Sebelum melakukan sectio caesaria perlu dilakukan beberapa protocol dimana mampu menunjang tingkat keberhasilan dari operasi sesar ini salah satunya anestesi. Anestesi yang popular pada hewan kecil adalah anestesi regional dimana anestesi ini memiliki keunggulan untuk relaksasi otot perut dan onset yang pendek dengan menggunakan lidokaine sebagai obatnya. Dengan anestesi regional kemungkinan kekurangan oksigen akan kecil karena adanya masker wajah atau insuflasi hidung. Teknik anestesi ini perlu didukung dengan premedikasi dan pemantauan setelah sectio caesaria dilakukan seperti pemantauan anestesi, pernafasan, kardiovaskuler dan suhu. Serta protokol anestesi yang mencakup propofol dan isoflurane berhubungan dengan kematian induk menurun dan peningkatan kelangsungan hidup bayi meningkat. Xylazine, ketamine, dan methoxyflurane harus dihindari karena anestesi untuk operasi caesar karena mereka telah diidentifikasi sebagai faktor risiko untuk meningkatkan kematian neonatal atau ibu dan berhubungan dengan penurunan kekuatan neonatal.

The Journal of Exceptional Experiences and Psychology (JEEP) welcomes research articles, personal accounts, artwork, music, creative writing, book reviews, and letters to the editor regarding subjectively anomalous experiences. Many times these experiences can be considered psychical, transformative, spiritual, transpersonal, etc. Examples of exceptional experiences include (but are not limited to) near-death experiences (NDEs), synchronicities, out-of-body experiences (OBEs), and precognitive dreams. JEEP is published twice a year online via ISSUU (https:// issuu.com/exceptionalpsychology) and in-print via Magcloud (www.magcloud.com/user/ exceptionalpsychology).

This paper discusses the viewpoint of the Customer toward Systems Engineering in the Capstone document. Talks about how Complex Adaptive Systems has become the predominate paradigm for understanding both our joint forces and that of the adversary. Then talks about how systems engineering is viewed as a provider of solutions to the problems of Complex Adaptive Systems, which is negative. Also discusses relation of complexity theory to meta-system theory.
