Amid the emergence of the 21st century, a new era of modern business has set in India. Liberalization and globalization of Indian economy have provided challenges and opportunities to our new business and which has necessitated re-engineering of the present management education system. Recently, Union Budget is also decreasing the fund for higher education in India for the last five years. This research is focused mainly on existing problems and challenges which are needed to be addressed and seeks to provide the solution thereabout. At present in India, there exists three-tier management education administration i.e., Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), Entrepreneur's and prestigious industry run best management institutes and management departments of Universities. Besides this, private B-Schools and non-statutory business training institutions also impact business education leading to MBA degree or PGDM diploma. Unfortunately, most of the students don't get the job in the completion of the course. In most of the cases, even the best student doesn't cater to the needs of the market because in the formal education system the gap between what is taught and what is demanded by the market is evident. Hence, an urgent need to rethink and redesign the management courses has arisen. It discusses the rationale of re-engineering of the whole management education system i.e, Admission, Instruction, Infrastructure, Regulation, Examination, Certification, Training and Placement etc.

The huge demand for mobile communications with broad band and usage of new wireless applications motivated the development of new wireless access technologies. The recent expansion of wireless technologies, novel applications and the advancement in mobile technology after UMTS-3G has been taken up to the next level by the 3GPP Long Tem Evolution/System Architecture Evolution (LTE/SAE). It has achieved the realisation of better bandwidth, full interworking with other access/backend systems using all-IP architecture with well-defined interworking with circuit switched system. The system is defined to work across multiple access networks (3GPP and non 3GPP) may be trusted or non-trusted. The security mechanism in wireless area has evolved from original analog systems through GSM and UMTS. The GSM has focussed the security for radio path whereas UMTS has enhanced it in to network functionalities. The future networks based on IP mechanism demands more security features, since the threats related to IP are also possible.

Unlike typical journal articles that deal with specific issues in detail, this article offers a sketchy comprehensive re-description of the Confucian Way of family that serves the purpose of providing a bird’s-eye view to grasp the fact that, for Confucianism, family is not merely a part of the puzzle of human life, nor merely an ontological entity that serves as the foundation of the Confucian theory, but more a “Way” of living or gongfu 功夫 (aka kung fu) that comprised of values toward which cultivation of the person is practiced, an art of life to be mastered, and a model of social order to be implemented.

Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease with protean manifestation. Arthritis is one of the most common manifestations seen in SLE. Anti-CCP Ab is a recently described autoantibody that has been claimed as a most sensitive and specific marker for the diagnosis of RA. Study was performed to see whether anti-CCP2 Ab is positive in lupus arthritis or not. Anti-CCP Ab, ANA, ds DNA, and APLA were estimated by ELISA. Anti-CCP2 Ab was positive in 22 cases (37.93%) of SLE. Mean value of anti-CCP (18.08 ± 16.95 U/ml) was statistically significant (P < 0.001) when compared to control (5.07 ± U/ml). A total of 44 (75.86%) patients with SLE had arthritis. In 29 (50.00%) cases, arthritis resembled RA along with classical features of SLE, while 15 cases (25.86%) had nonspecific lupus arthritis. In 13 cases (44.82%) of RA type lupus arthritis, anti-CCP2 Ab was positive, while only three (20%) nonspecific lupus arthritis cases had elevated anti-CCP. In 14 (24.13) patients with SLE, there was no arthritis, but in this group also (6/14) 42.85% cases had elevated anti-CCP. A total of 11 (50%) patients with duration less than 1 year had more anti-CCP 2 positivity when compared to disease duration between 1 and 3 years (27.27%) and disease duration more than 3 years (22.72%), but specifically, it was not significant. Our study concludes that anti-CCP2 is not a specific antibody for RA, but it is present in autoimmune diseases.

The past decade has witnessed a growth in the use of knowledge graph technologies for advanced data search, data integration, and query-answering applications. The leading example of a public, general-purpose open knowledge network (aka knowledge graph) is Wikidata, which has demonstrated remarkable advances in quality and coverage over this time. Proprietary knowledge graphs drive some of the leading applications of the day including, for example, Google Search, Alexa, Siri, and Cortana. Open Knowledge Networks are exciting: they promise the power of structured database-like queries with the potential for the wide coverage that is today only provided by the Web. With the current state of the art, building, using, and scaling large knowledge networks can still be frustratingly slow. This article describes a National Science Foundation Convergence Accelerator project to build a set of Knowledge Network Programming Infrastructure systems to address this issue.
