A discussion of the vibration mechanics behind the advent of consciousness of many sentient souls interacting with one another has been presented. It is emphasized that consciousness vibration is the most important phenomenon triggering and spearheading what we commonly refer to as organic ‘life.’ A brief account of the phenomenon of collective (unity) consciousness has been explicated, with more details being deferred to the publication of a companion paper on the subject matter. It is elucidated that the power of consciousness is not just confined to creationism or the necessity of ensuring the longevity of what has been created by a single being; consciousness is superpositional in nature, which means, it may be accentuated through the vibrations of the mind of many sentient beings who resonate harmoniously and synchronously with one another. In this respect, consciousness of one sentient being influences the consciousness of one or many other individuals. This is indeed, how we form the matrix of our reality. Moreover, consciousness has the propensity of multiplying or expanding, which is why the Prime Creator has only demanded one endeavor from all sentient beings, which is to strive to expand their consciousness. Thus, we are all potentially ‘consciousness generators.’ Accordingly, a discussion of the parameter of ‘consciousness expansibility coefficient’ introduced by the author before has been given, herein. It is explicated that the natural frequency of conscious vibration is proportional to the square root of the consciousness expansibility coefficient. In fact, the consciousness expansibility coefficient of a sentient soul describes a trait (or quality) of the soul that is analogous to the ‘stiffness’ of an elastic helical spring that could be loaded with life’s karmic forces. In this respect, it epitomizes the resilience of the soul to be able to withhold such forces. Moreover, it describes the capability of a sentient being to acquire more spiritual education, thus adding to the frequency of its consciousness. Clearly, the more resilient the soul of the conscious being is, the more propensity it has for enlightenment and ‘consciousness expansibility,’ without being prone to instability or buckling, falling out of Light. However, unlike the stiffness characteristic of a non-sentient material or being that acts as a ‘sink,’ it always undergoes a ‘conservative’ operation in which it never dissipates energy as long as the sentient being is allowed to experience life within a Tri-Wave or an open loop of free energetic dispensation as it is usually supplied by the progenitor God-SOURCE. The structure of the soul is so resilient that it can absorb and transform the residual inelastic karmic energies stored WITHIN, ensuring full recoverability. More specifically, a resilient sentient is capable of redeeming all its accumulated residual internal karmic energy stored WITHIN, through clearing and cleansing at a later date, without any eventual possibility of damage or degradation. This is in concert with what the author has introduced as the concept of ‘sentient vibration’ by way of a ‘conservative’ energetic transformation through returning to its initial equilibrium state of vibration in which it preserves its state of consciousness expansibility or natural frequency of consciousness. But, if the entity excessively expands away from its original equilibrium state (referred to as the Zero-Point Field), it may have to permanently shift its position from the initial Zero-Point Energetic Field (‘Neural Network of God,’ which also signifies the open loop or the energetic fountain supply provided by the God-SOURCE). This way, it behaves as a helical spring undergoing inelastic deformation, expanding away from the open loop energetic supply of God and eventually separating itself from the God-SOURCE (referred to as becoming ‘fallen’), changing to a non-sentient (non-organic) being.  And, the clearing and cleansing of the soul’s emotional body of the accumulated residual inelastic karma culminates in effectively restoring its diminished consciousness expansibility, and thus, its frequency of consciousness. It may even lead to effectively raising its natural frequency to its full potential, being capable to Ascend, permanently shifting its anchored equilibrium (domicile) state to a higher dimension. It is then said that the soul undergoes syntropy (consciousness expansion), effectively increasing its propinquity with respect to the SOURCE.  This is referred to as the state of ‘positive karma’ as opposed to ‘negative karma,’ a scenario in which the soul through the expenditure of entropic energies begins to deflect away from the God-SOURCE (diminishing its propinquity), effectively leading to reducing its consciousness expansibility and natural frequency of consciousness vibration. And, through syntropic energetic experience one eventually undergoes ‘Ascension’ through sequentially transmigrating its consciousness and anchoring itself to the higher (more inner) dimensions of consciousness. Note that the soul constitution (matter-antimatter), however, remains virtually constant. Thus, for all practical purposes, the natural frequency of the soul is determined by its extent of consciousness expansibility coefficient, which could constantly change. Ascension occurs when the body becomes crystalline, being comprised of a perfect structure without the presence of any defects or the possibility of ever developing any, rendering the body to become ageless. And, mathematically, crystallinity is synonymous with raising the ‘consciousness expansibility coefficient.’ And, with increasing consciousness expansibility coefficient, one becomes multidimensional, capable of exploring even higher dimensional realms of consciousness, with the dynamic position of equilibrium about which one usually vibrates being shifted higher or deeper in innerspace, gaining more propinquity with respect to the SOURCE. And, all this demands impeccability and gaining spiritual mastery. Since the prime directive specifies consciousness expansion, it is incumbent on the soul to acquire experiential endeavors that culminate in overall contraction to, versus deflection from, the SOURCE. And, this means positive karma, procured through creational endeavors and through benevolence and application of the principles of compassion and unconditional love and effectively having reverence for the provisions of the Law of One. Another aspect of consciousness expansibility is triggered through awareness and interaction of souls with one another in which one Soul Aspect acts as the Beacon of Light, spiritually awakening and enlightening its other Soul Aspects. Accordingly, the consciousness of a sentient being affects the consciousness of all other sentient beings, provided that they become aware of each other’s presence. Accordingly, the author has introduced a new parameter dubbed as the ‘consciousness expansibility linkage coefficient k_ij’, when the consciousness of one sentient entity i is envisaged to affect the state of consciousness of the sentient being j. Finally, equations are presented herein that describe the overall natural frequency and consciousness expansibility of a collective.

Abstract: This article discusses the processes involved in the construction of group membership and cohesion in a semiprofessional team of esports in the city of Belém, the capital of the state of Pará, in the Brazilian Amazonian territory. This effort discusses what characterizes the progression and union of a particular team in a local competitive scenario in which ephemeral teams predominate. Based on an eleven-month ethnography with a set of players engaged in professional competitive practice, and through observations from field research, we compiled a set of 12 essential characteristics filled out by the team. Also, this study points to the development of an ethos of professionalism in a peripheral context, indicating the existence of an Amazonian esports scenario – in the North Region of the Brazil, with emphasis in Belém, Pará. The results indicate the subsistence of a social fabric composed of a variety of other elements that, in turn, constitute an ethos of group camaraderie that plays a central role in the competitive dynamics that underlie the team as a group.

This Impact Report identifies and summarises the diverse impacts, resulting from the £500m of UK funding of Science and Technology in 2013, using numerous quantitative metrics and short case study extracts.  It shows how the varied impacts of a national science and technology organization and its many funded programmes can be annually identified, captured, tracked, and summarised in a public document.

The report was produced for, and by, the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) -  the UK Research Council responsible for funding: (1) all UK astronomy, particle and nuclear physics research, (2) related UK science and technology facilities (e.g. as Harwell and Daresbury), (3) the UK contribution to international science (e.g. CERN, international telescopes and space missions), (4) innovation and business spin-off programmes, and (5) UK public engagement activities.

The Report was co-researched and co-authored by the STFC Impact Team, including myself while Impact Evaluation Manager in 2013, with Dr. Claire Dougan-McCallie (lead author/Head of Impact) and Jenny Beard, with additional input from senior managers, and many data and case study contributions from other key managers across STFC.

Varied key impacts are identified and reported including:

• Research amongst the best (by citation impact) in astronomy, nuclear and particle physics.
• Supported research of 226 Principal Investigators in 70 universities, led to 1,100 peer-reviewed papers in 2012.
• Facilities (the Diamond Light Source, ISIS and CLF) were used in 2012/13 by over 4,200 unique users , in over 2,400 experiments, producing over 1,000 papers in peer-reviewed journals.

• Technology from CERN benefited the UK economy by over £100 billion every year.
• Funding the development of the UK’s space, internet and computer animation industries, returned over £500 billion to the UK economy per annum.
• Funded Innovation Campuses hosted over 230 enterprises and supported over 5,000 jobs.
• UK industry won £43 million in contracts from the international subscriptions funded, and had accumulated a total of £150 million since 2005.

• Funded research inspired future generations to study STEM subjects, attracting 90% of UK undergraduates to study physics, funded 782 PhD students  and 16,800 student training days.
• Between 2009 to 2012 public engagement programmes engaged people on 58 million occasions, with 2 million people engaged in face-to-face activities in 2013 alone.

Together with the development of network technologies and new communication environments, digitalization has influenced filmmaking -a synthesis of different branches of art and, an industry; in technical, economic, cultural and artistic sense. Film production in media and communication industry is one of the active processes of digital transformation. In this study, the impact of the digital transformation in the filmmaking process on production companies has been investigated through the experiences of the people with different artistic and technical expertise; the ones who have experienced the transformation first hand, who have been affected by it, who have dominant roles in the filmmaking industry in Turkey. In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 participants representing different areas of the film production. The transformation has different reflections on different actors of filmmaking; however, mostly positive effects caused by technical equipment development, and ease of operation via network-based communication have been observed. Even though methods, tools, or people change, it is believed that good stories will continue to be told and be presented in new ways in the world of film production, where the sector is expanding, producers and consumers are liberated, and adaptation to innovations is obligatory.

Recent studies document the presence of news in children's daily lives, showing that they are important for their knowledge of the world and their socialization (Alon-Tirosh & Lemish, 2014, Delorme, 2013; Silveira, 2019). It Portugal, there are few researches on this problematic. For this reason, this article intends to analyse the interactions between the children and the news. Methodologically, this research involved the application of questionnaires and the dynamization of focus groups with children attending primary school, in Paredes (District of Porto). The results show that children follow usually current events, especially within television, with the family, although they show little interest in following these subjects.
These audiences wish to follow more interesting and appropriate themes. Given that television is the favourite medium for following the news by the families, and the children, we believe that this study could inform media companies and other agents about aspects to be considered in the development of information spaces designed for the youngest.

There is a widespread idea that in grounded theory (GT) research, the researcher has to delay the literature review until the end of the analysis to avoid contamination – a dictum that might turn educational researchers away from GT. Nevertheless, in this article the author (a) problematizes the dictum of delaying a literature review in classic grounded theory, (b) presents arguments for using extant literature in the substantive field within a constructivist grounded theory, and (c) suggests data sensitizing principles in using literature, which are: theoretical agnosticism, theoretical pluralism, theoretical sampling of literature, staying grounded, theoretical playfulness, memoing extant knowledge associations, and constant reflexivity.

Most of us see and learn about animals not by means of encounters with real ones but mediated through computer or television screens, zoos or museums, school books and other informative prints. At the same time we meet animal inspired commodities in every part of our daily lives; be it an elephant in a children's comic book , the tiger as corporate logo of a fuel station or a smiling cannibal pig comic promoting special meat offers. Although images or figurative reproductions of animals signify and carry meaning they do not necessarily narrate about and relate to real-life situations of the animals used as model. Other than commodities due to their stylistic conventions, imagery and narratives of animal documentaries suggest a representation of the Real to us. In latter film genre very specific meanings are given to animal presentations often and foremost trough textual explanations, whether by an off-screen narrator, a presenter, human protagonist(s) or captions on screen. Paradoxically, now, the number of wildlife films annually increases with images representing intact natural landscapes while real wildlife vanishes at a high rate. Conservationists termed the present age the era of the great 6th extinction. Thus, seemingly those films are becoming postmodern natural history museums. In opposite direction annual numbers of human-bred pet and industrial animal individuals are growing. Some of latter animals we treat like family members, others like metal cars created, manufactured and de-fractured by our latest technologies. Interestingly but the since WWII exponentially increasing overall number of domestic and wild animals being physically exploited by humans for purposes of consumption, science, and entertainment is rarely displayed. How do filmic animal representations of 'reality' affect our behavior and attitudes outside filmic experiences? In an age where we are surrounded by factual content created to narrate about animals and their relationship with us how come we prefer not being informed about the fate of most of them in the real world? How come a majority of humans rejects animal abuse and commodification but disconnects itself from the same practices undertaken for their benefit in consumption and welfare - regardless whether in animal factories, laboratories, by means of environmental destruction or in entertainment?

Asumsi utama yang melandasi teori Experience and Interpretation adalah bahwa manusia secara aktif menginterpretasi pengalaman mereka dengan memberikan makna terhadap apa yang mereka lihat.
Interpretasi dikenal juga dalam istilah Jerman sebagai verstehen (Inggris; understanding), yaitu proses pemberian makna aktif terhadap sesuatu yang kita amati. Seperti, teks, prilaku, dan situasi.

Televizyonun asıl ortaya çıkış nedeni uzak diyarları göstermektir. Ancak icadının ardından geçen sürede siyasi ve ticari açıdan yapay işlevler edinmiştir. Günümüz egemen medyasının bir kaç büyük şirket etrafında yoğunlaştığı yayıncılık sektörü içinde kâr amacı gütmeyen, mevcut hiyerarşik yapıyı kırmaya çalışan alternatif medya araçlarının geliştirilebilmesi, demokratik katılımın sağlanabilmesi açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Türkiye’de de neo-liberal siyaset ve ekonominin baskısı altında, anaakım medya çevriminin dışında başka pratikler filizlenmeye başlamıştır. Özellikle 2013 yılındaki Gezi Parkı Protestoları yaşanırken anaakım medyada topluma yansıtılmayan haberleri geniş kitlelere ulaştırabilmek için “muhalif medya” örnekleri kendilerini daha görünür hale getirmişlerdir. Bu örneklerden biri de Halk TV’dir. Bu çalışmada alternatif televizyon yayıncılığı açısından Halk TV’nin ‘muhalif medya’ kavramı çerçevesinden baktığımızda “Halk için haber” ibaresini hangi çizgide sürdürebildiği ve konvansiyonel medya anlayışına nasıl bir alternatif sunabildiği ele alınmıştır. Çalışma için gerekli veriler Halk TV çalışanlarıyla derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılarak ve televizyon yayınlarının analiz edilmesiyle elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile elde edilen bulgular sonucunda alternatif medya kavram ve teorilerine Halk TV üzerinden bir katkı yapmak amaçlanmıştır.

In diesem Sammelband werden die bisherigen und aktuellen Entwicklungen in diesem Politikfeld mit empirischen und theoretischen Analysen konfrontiert und der netzpolitische Diskurs so um kommunikations- und politikwissenschaftliche Perspektiven ergänzt.Im Fokus der elf Beiträge stehen dabei ganz grundsätzliche Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung für die Kommunikationspolitik, die von der Politik aus der Digitalisierung gezogenen kommunikationspolitischen Konsequenzen sowie der gesellschaftliche Diskurs über die politischen Antworten auf den digitalen Medienwandel.

This thesis deals with usage of destinations as a tourism product in the animated films. Every year the tourism sector grows due to the fact that more people are travelling all around the world and the share of tourism sector in the global economy is growing accordingly. This year more than 1 billion people travelled all around the world and the governments implement various marketing campaigns to attract more tourists. Film-Induced tourism is defined as the tourism movements to a destination, which is realised as a result of that destination?s appearing in a film or being the subject of a film. This is a product placement. With product placement method, which appeared as a strategic promotion tool after 1980?s, the advertisement of that destination is made and also it helps the creation of the image targeted for the destination. In the movies produced in last 10 years as animated films which today can be accepted as an important cultural production area, apart from the cartoons that can be considered as the antecedent of the animated film, instead of a fantastic or fabulous environment the usage of real locations and destinations becomes prominent. In this study, the common remarks on 20 animated films which were produced between 2001 and 2012 have been examined under the determined topics. The analysis in this study is associated with the critical tourism literature. In the critical text analysis, the conceptualisations of semiology (denotation, connotation, antagonism, mythicizing) were used and evaluations were done on the own dynamics of or discussions on the films. Under these topics also outputs of a semi-structured interview that was conducted with 20 children randomly chosen between the ages 6-12.

Bu çalışma, animasyon sinemada bir turizm ürünü olarak destinasyonların kullanımına ilişkin bir incelemedir. Turizm, her geçen yıl daha fazla insanın seyahat etmesi kıstasıyla ve ekonomilere sağladığı katkı nedeni ile büyüme kaydetmektedir. 1 milyardan fazla kişinin seyahat ettiği günümüzde, ülkeler daha fazla turist çekebilmek için çeşitli pazarlama faaliyetleri yürütmektedir. Film etkili turizm, destinasyonun televizyon ya da sinemada gösterilen bir filmde yer alması sonucu, destinasyona yönelik gerçekleşen turizm hareketleri olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Destinasyonun bir filmde yer alması ise bir turizm ürün yerleştirmedir. 1980?li yıllardan sonra stratejik bir tanıtım aracı olarak ortaya çıkan ürün yerleştirme yöntemi ile o destinasyonun reklamı yapılmakta ve destinasyona ilişkin oluşturulmak istenen imaja katkı sağlaması hedeflenmektedir. Günümüz medya mecraları içinde önemli bir kültürel üretim alanı olarak kabul edebileceğimiz animasyon sinemasında son on yılda üretilen filmlerde, animasyon sinemanın öncülü olarak kabul edilen çizgi filmlerden farklı olarak, masalsı ya da fantastik bir dünya yerine, gerçek mekanların (destinasyonların) kullanımı dikkat çekmektedir. Çalışmada 2001 ile 2012 yılları arasında üretilen 20 animasyon filmin ortak tespitleri, belirlenen başlıklar altında incelenmiştir. İncelemede yapılan analiz, eleştirel turizm literatürü ile ilişkilendirilmiştir. Eleştirel metin analizinde, göstergebilimin sunduğu kavramsallaştırmalardan (karşıtlıklar, mitleştirilenler, düzanlam-yananlam) faydalanılmış ve filmlerin kendi dinamiklerine ve/veya tartışmalarına ilişkin değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Ayrıca, bu başlıklar altında, animasyon sinemanın ilk hedef kitlesi olan 6-12 yaş aralığında, tesadüfi şekilde belirlenen 20 çocuk ile yarı yapılandırılmış sorular ile gerçekleştirilen mülakatlardan edinilen sonuçlara da yer verilmiştir.

İstanbul’un kentsel dönüşüm kisvesi altında maruz kaldığı yıkıma en çok tanıklık eden bölgelerinden biri hiç şüphesiz Beyoğlu'dur. Bugün çok daha hızlı, plansız ve bilinçsizce gerçekleştirilen kentsel dönüşüm projesi, bölgenin tarihi dokusunu tahrip ederken İstanbul'un bellek mekânlarından olan İstiklal Caddesi'ni tanınmayacak bir çehreye bürümektedir. Bir tür belleksizleştirme politikası olarak yürütülen ve caddelerin, sokakların, evlerin, dükkânların kıyımına sebep olan bu proje, kentin geçmişiyle olan bağına zarar verir. Walter Benjamin’in, kent mekânlarından ilham alan aylak gezgin olarak tanımladığı flanörün gözüyle Cadde boyunca ilerleyen bu metin, kentin kolektif belleğinin izlerini mekânlar üzerinde arar. Cadde boyunca gezinen flanör, Beyoğlu'nun geçmişine temas eden edebiyatçıların metinlerini kendine rehber edinir. Bu çalışma, kentsel dönüşüm projelerinin insanı ve tarihi göz ardı eden yapısını Benjamin'in kavramları aracılığıyla incelemeyi amaçlar.

Teknolojinin pek çok olumlu yönünün bulunmasının yanı sıra, olumsuz etkilerinin de olduğu unutulmamalıdır. Günümüzde teknolojinin olumlu taraflarını kullanıp, olumsuz yönlerinden etkilenmeyen, dijital çağda doğru bilgiye nasıl ulaşılması gerektiğini bilen ve teknolojinin eğlence kısmına kendini kaptırmayarak okuma alışkanlığına etki etmemesini sağlayan toplumlar, bilgi toplumu olma yolunda hızla ilerlemektedir.
Çalışmamızda, bilgi toplumu olma yolunda, bilgiye en hızlı ve doğru bir biçimde ulaşabilmek için teknolojinin öğelerinden nasıl ve ne şekilde faydalanmamız gerektiği araştırılmış, gençlerimizin teknolojiyi doğru ve etkili kullanmalarının öneminin anlatılması hedeflenmiştir. Gençlerimizin okuma alışkanlığını ve kütüphane kullanımını engellememesi için dijital dünyada dikkat etmeleri gerekenler ve dijital kütüphanelerin kullanımının önemi bu çalışmada belirtilmiştir. E-kitap, e-devlet gibi dijital kültürün önemli öğelerinin dünya ülkelerine kıyasla ülkemizdeki durumunun tespiti yapılmıştır. Araştırmamızın son bölümünde ise teknoloji ve okuma alışkanlığı arasındaki ilişki incelenerek ortaöğretim 9. Sınıf öğrencilerine yönelik iki ölçek ve bir anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiş ve sonuçları analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre teknoloji bağımlılığı ile kitap okuma alışkanlığı arasında negatif yönlü bir ilişkinin olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Cinsiyete göre incelendiğinde ise kız öğrencilerin erkek öğrencilere göre daha fazla okuma alışkanlığına sahip olduğu, ancak teknoloji kullanımı açısından kız ve erkek öğrenciler arasında anlamlı bir fark olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmada kız öğrencilerin interneti erkek öğrencilere göre daha fazla eğitsel amaçlı kullandıkları, erkek öğrencilerin ise çevrimiçi oyunlara kız öğrencilere göre daha fazla zaman ayırdıkları anlaşılmıştır.

La presente comunicación tiene por objeto explorar el papel jugado por TVE en la emergencia y la consolidación del proceso de transición política en España. Más concretamente su determinante influencia en la construcción mediático-memorística de referentes democráticos e imaginarios colectivos concretos en torno a algunos episodios y acontecimientos que quedarán socialmente marcados para el futuro. Se pretende, con ello, indagar y profundizar en el conocimiento de las formas utilizadas por TVE para constituirse en la plataforma interpretativa por excelencia, en el narrador oficial del proceso de cambio político y en la principal instancia productora de memoria social.
Nuestra comunicación se centrará en el estudio de las mediaciones y de las prácticas comunicativas puestas en marcha por TVE para ir más allá de la función informativa que cabría esperar de su condición de servicio público. En este sentido, se analizarán las emisiones audiovisuales que TVE dedicó a la jornada electoral del 15 de junio de 1977, así como las que posteriormente le destinó (emisiones especiales conmemorativas y reportajes de Informe Semanal) en tanto que mirada retrospectiva y memorística con una clara finalidad socializadora del recuerdo colectivo de dicho acontecimiento.
El estudio, enmarcado en la perspectiva de la “historia del tiempo presente”, profundizará en la dialéctica pasado-presente, con la intención de reflexionar sobre el papel que juegan los medios de comunicación en general y los audiovisuales en particular en la construcción de la memoria social y el imaginario colectivo de los acontecimientos pasados, así como en las claves de representación y las formas simbólicas utilizadas por TVE.

Esta comunicación pretende explorar de forma sucinta el papel jugado por la televisión en la emergencia del proceso de democratización en España. Con ello, se busca profundizar en la forma en la que RTVE, explotada en régimen de exclusividad estatal y férreo control gubernamental, colaboró en la conformación de una opinión pública que favoreció tanto la aprobación de la Ley para la Reforma Política como la construcción de la propia imagen pública del presidente Suárez.
El análisis parte de la hipótesis de trabajo de que TVE fue una pieza clave en el engranaje de políticas públicas desarrollado por los gobiernos de Suárez para suministrar claves de comportamiento colectivo que favorecieran el rumbo dado al proceso de Transición. En este sentido, se centrará inicialmente la atención en el protagonismo de TVE a la hora de construir una imagen pública consistente del desconocido presidente, para, a continuación, fijar la mirada en el papel jugado por el ente de Prado del Rey en la conformación de una opinión pública favorable a la aprobación vía referéndum de la Ley para la Reforma Política.

Résumé : Ce texte analyse le rôle constitutif de la communication dans l’institutionnalisation des organisations. Pour ce faire, j’adopte le cadre théorique de l’approche Communicative Constitution of Organizations (CCO), et plus particulièrement ceux de l’École de Montréal et du Four-Flows-Model, pour lesquels les processus communicationnels apportent une explication de l’existence des organisations en tant qu’institutions sociales. Il s’agit, plus précisément, de concevoir le passage entre l’organizing et l’organisation comme institutionnalisant et lié à la matérialité. L’institutionnalisation de l’organisation émerge par des flux communicationnels lorsque les actions individuelles organisantes activent la matérialité et se transforment en processus collectivement organisés. Je propose de distinguer six niveaux d’institutionnalisation de l’organisation dont l’analyse permet de mieux comprendre le sens d’une multitude d’actions individuelles et collectives complexes.

Abstract : This text aims to analyze the communicative constitution of organizations as central issue of the shaping process of institutions. Following the Montréal School of organizational communication and the Four-Flows-Model, I adopt the Communicative Constitution of Organizations (CCO) theoretical framework, which brings up an explanation about the communicative existence of the organizations. In order to do this, I analyze the transition between organizing and organization as performed by the materiality in heterogeneous ways. The institutinalization of the organizations emerges through communicative flows, which enact the materiality, and set up organized phenomenon. I propose to distinguish six levels of institutionalization of the organizations and to bring up insight about the existence of organizations as social institutions.

El trabajo tiene por objetivo ofrecer una revisión de diversas perspectivas teóricas, metodológicas y filosóficas que, desde el análisis de las operaciones sociotécnicas involucradas, han intentado establecer y repensar —sobre todo en las últimas tres décadas— las nociones de ‘archivo’ y de ‘documento de archivo’, a las que consideramos intrínsecamente vinculadas. Desde la complejidad que recubre a toda problemática centrada en el registro, la gestión y la preservación de documentos de cultura, y teniendo en cuenta que nuestro trabajo surge de la investigación sobre archivos, partimos del hecho de que estas nociones, en principio definidas por las prácticas modernas de la archivística, han sido cuestionadas a partir de la circulación de objetos digitales, sobre todo desde el cambio de siglo a esta parte, con la creciente presencia de Internet tanto en la dimensión institucional (pública o privada) como en las prácticas de sujetos individuales. Este enfoque propone un diálogo entre paradigmas y disciplinas, y se basa en la pregunta por la naturaleza de los documentos y los archivos que se gestionan en la cultura contemporánea. Preguntas que modelan en presente, y a futuro, las prácticas y reflexiones sobre la preservación, la circulación y el acceso a los bienes, acontecimientos e inscripciones producidos en todas las esferas de la vida social.

In the diverse social structure that characterizes India, misbeliefs and superstitions are still as active as in earlier days. Social media in particular has been swamped by hundreds of beliefs and superstitions during the COVID-19 pandemic, primarily 'infecting' digitally literate people who are unable to check the fake and unthinkingly pass on suspect messages going viral. Common people in general have been found wanting in responding to calls for greater awareness and necessary behavioural change towards adopting safe practices. Mainstream media in India has been largely playing its role in educating people about the pandemic and thereby contributing towards inculcating scientific temper, but more needs to be done. Kökeni 15. yüzyıla dayanan gazeteciliğin temelini oluşturan haber kavramının insanlık tarihi kadar köklü bir geçmişe sahip olduğu bilinmektedir. Önceleri insanların hayatta kalabilmek amacıyla çevresinde olup bitenlerden haberdar olmak adına ihtiyaç duyduğu haber kavramının zamanla ticarileşen medya sektörünün ana unsurları olan gazetelerin olmazsa olmaz bir parçası haline geldiği ifade edilmektedir. İnsanların haberdar olma ihtiyacının ortaya çıkardığı gazeteciliğin, tarihsel süreç boyunca asli görevi ve sorumluluğunun daima toplumlara doğru bilgi vermek olduğu belirtilmektedir. Matbaanın icadı, Fransız İhtilali, Endüstri Devrimi ve yaşanan teknolojik gelişmeler gibi dünya dengelerini değiştiren olayların gazetecilik sektörünü de etkilediği gözlemlenmektedir. Profesyonel bir meslek olarak görülmeye başlanan gazeteciliğin kurumsal bir yapıya kavuşmasıyla birlikte kendi içerisinde uzmanlık gerektiren farklı alanlara ayrıldığı vurgulanmaktadır. Bu alanlardan biri de 17. yüzyılda ortaya çıkan ve yıllar içerisinde ele aldığı konular ve yarattığı etki bağlamında toplumun doğru bilgi edinmesi noktasında en önemli araç olarak görülecek olan araştırmacı gazeteciliktir. Bu tez çalışmasında, 17. yüzyılda ortaya çıkan araştırmacı gazeteciliğin Türk basınındaki geçmişi ve günümüzde karşılaştığı sorunlar incelenmektedir. Bu amaçla, günümüzde ulusal çapta yayınlanan gazete örnekleminden seçilen 5 gazete; Cumhuriyet, Milliyet, Evrensel, Yeniçağ ve Akşam gazetelerinde çalışan 5 haber müdürüyle gerçekleştirilen derinlemesine mülakat tekniği ile veri toplanmıştır. Çalışmanın araştırma sorusu, günümüzde hala insanlar tarafından tercih edilen kitle iletişim araçlarından biri olan gazetelerde haber üretim sürecinin bizzat içerisinde yer alan haber müdürlerinin deneyimleri çerçevesinde açıklanmaya çalışılmaktadır. Çalışma nitel analiz yöntemi çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalar ve görüşmeler çerçevesinde, misyonu gereği toplum açısından önemli, çeşitli güç odakları tarafından tehlikeli görüldüğü ifade edilen araştırmacı gazeteciliğin; ortaya koyulan başarılı örnekleri olsa da geçmişten bu yana sürekli baskı ve tehdit altında olduğu belirtilmektedir. Tek parti ve darbe dönemlerinden sonra günümüzde de iktidarı elinde bulunduranların farklı seslere ve eleştirilere tahammülünün olmadığı ifade edilmektedir. Demokrasinin içselleştirilememesi, büyük sermaye sahiplerinin elinde bulunan medya kurumlarının siyasi iktidarla ters düşmemek adına benimsediği haber anlayışı, gazetecilik meslek ve etik kurallarının yeterince dikkate alınmaması, gazetecilik sektöründeki sendikal örgütlenmenin yetersizliği, gazetecilerin yeterli yasal güvenceye sahip olmaması gibi faktörlerin günümüzde araştırmacı gazetecilik faaliyetleri yürütülmesini zorlaştırdığı da araştırma bulguları arasındadır.

Los estudios de los medios de comunicación masiva, desde un enfoque metodológico narrativo-estructural, semiótico, semiológico, iconográfico y narratológico incurren en el error de ver la producción y distribución de los mensajes audiovisuales fuera de su contexto sociohistórico y político. El mensaje es un acción en sí misma, más allá de lo que contenga o pueda analizarse al interior del cuadro.
Es por ello que esta investigación utiliza como metodología de investigación la hermenéutica profunda desde la perspectiva de John B. Thompson para ver a la obra de arte desde una perspectiva simbólica y pragmática y así comprender el mensaje global tanto plástico, figurativo, histórico, material, social y técnico. Retoma ideas de Walter Benjamin acerca de la destrucción del aura y de Hito Steyerl para hablar sobre la economía política de las imágenes en el procesos políticos de descomposición social vinculada a la desaparición forzada de personas, en el caso particular de los 43 estudiantes desaparecidos de la Normal de Ayotzinapa "Raúl Isidro Burgos".  ¿Cómo la desaparición de las imágenes juega un papel crucial en el discurso político y artístico del videoarte en el contexto mexicano? ¿Es el videoarte una forma de activismo y resistencia política o sólo un medio para el análisis y la reflexión?

Este ensayo aborda el emergente impacto de las tecnologías en nuestras sociedades tomando en cuenta el rol especial de los contenidos, los medios de comunicación y la participación ciudadana. Se buscará diferenciar los tipos de información en la red y su aprovechamiento desde una perspectiva crítica para luego hacer un vínculo hacia una realidad mas cercana a la del autor e ilustrar con eso cómo los medios emergentes están teniendo impactos en contextos que no son cercanos a los países de mayor desarrollo.
Partiendo del panorama mencionado se busca dar respuesta a lo siguiente: ¿Significa la inmediatez que nos facilita la red y el desarrollo tecnológico un fenómeno que resulta provechoso por igual a todas nuestras sociedades? ¿En qué medida las condiciones económicas, sociales y culturales determinan distintos tipos de “digitalización”[1] de las naciones? ¿Qué características específicas trae la tecnificación en realidades distintas a las del primer mundo?
Este ensayo de diagnóstico exploratorio y cualitativo se basa en observaciones hechas a Perú y su entorno digital y considera específicamente los recientes sucesos de su acontecer político en donde el uso de plataformas interactivas de información estuvieron muy presentes. Esto ocurrirá considerando a los medios emergentes y tomando en cuenta el aprovechamiento alternativo que movimientos sociales autónomos le vieron a la manifestación de sus intereses políticos en redes sociales.
El objetivo, y desde un ángulo proyectivo quizá, este ensayo pueda constituir una opción que permita interpretar en qué medida se dan coincidencias con realidades mas cercanas al entorno latinoamericano y sirva a su vez para contrastar con realidades que cuentan con una mayor penetración a internet y son más cercanas a los centros de desarrollo tecnológico.

In diesem Beitrag wird mit der Proxy-Logfile-Analyse eine einfach zu handhabende, bisher aber weitgehend unberücksichtigte Variante der Logfile-Analyse auf ihre Tauglichkeit für die Erhebung individueller Internetnutzung hin überprüft. Bei einer Logfile-Analyse werden die beim Datenverkehr im Internet automatisch anfallenden Logfiles (Protokolltextdateien) ausgewertet. Die Besonderheit der Proxy-Logfile-Analyse besteht darin, dass sich die individuelle Internetnutzung bekannter Personen zentral erheben lässt. Dazu werden die Nutzeranfragen der Probanden über einen Proxyserver umgeleitet und mitprotokolliert. Das Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es nun, die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Proxy-Logfile-Analyse vor dem Hintergrund der spezifischen Anforderungen einer möglichst präzisen, validen, transparenten, wenig reaktiven und kostengünstigen Messung der Online-Nutzung einzelner Personen auszuloten. Damit soll ein erster Schritt unternommen werden, diese Methode für Online-Nutzungsstudien einsetzbar zu machen.
